I had an exceptional experience with Gambill and Patrick's valet service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. Overall very nice place! Any time we had a concern it was immediately taken care of! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Ramon! He went above and beyond, & even remembered my husband’s name over the course of our stay! Nice restaurant on the 5th floor next to the pool! (Definitely the one to go too). Great service there as well. We stayed 4 nights for a conference at the Music City Center. Ideal location (across the street!) and easy walking distance to Broadway!

We were on a business trip for my husband but vacation for me. Upon pulling into the hotel, we were met by the valet. They offered us a luggage cart & told us we would need to go up to the 5th floor to check in. We arrived at the 5th floor and the reception area is very near the elevators, which is nice. We got the keys to our room and headed up the elevator to the 18th floor to room 1804. When we walked in, there were 2 queen beds but we were supposed to have a king bed. We immediately picked up the room phone and dialed the front desk. We explained the situation and they told us to come back to the 5th floor and get our new room keys. When we arrived at the desk, they were expecting us, they asked if we had touched anything in the room or used the restroom, we explained that we hadn’t. They gave us the keys to our new room on the 13th floor, room 1314. When first waking in the room I am very impressed by the decor and the way the furniture is arranged. Our room overlooks Bridgestone Stadium. It has a huge tv, an awesome walk-in shower, very cool guitar shaped bedside table & usb ports built into the headboard. We are close to the strip so we can walk to restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I chose to visit Nashville for the first time after a trip to another city was canceled due to weather. We chose the Cambria due to its moderate pricing and its proximity to Broadway, the local bar/restaurant Mecca and many other locations.
The staff was friendly and accommodating when we checked in and we found our room to be clean and comfortable. We booked a room with two queen sized beds but soon realized that the beds were closer in size to a double bed. We have a queen at home and this bed was much smaller.
The bar and pool area were very nice and the bartenders couldn’t do enough for us. We had one meal (breakfast) in the restaurant attached to the hotel and again found our server very friendly. The food was delicious and the portion sized was just enough.
I would definitely stay here again!

The location is a really big plus for this hotel but then everything else was just "so so", especially for the rate. On registering, we received a very cool uncooperative attitude and that continued with a number of the female receptionists, we spent a week there. On check-out, the receptionist even declined to provide a confirmation that the account was cleared - we checked out at 07.00 on Sunday 6th October. However the rooms are very clean and comfortable; maid service is in keeping with late nights - so all good. Reception is on the 5th floor, and we were surprised there was no porter service from the taxi drop-off - it was self service.
The fun guy was the shoe-shine hop on the ground floor - very jovial and greeting us every day etc. We appreciate that Nashville is just so busy; this should be a top notch hotel, but its not quite there. Pity!
PS - breakfasts are available but not provided in-house.

The Cambria Downtown Nashville was clean, comfortable and convenient. Was is the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed at? No. BUT, what made this hotel special, and what earned it a 5 star review from me, was the service! Specifically, the front desk and valet staff. It kills me that I can't remember the name of the girl at the front desk who took such great care of us, because she was absolutely fantastic, and I would love to mention her by name. The first night we were there, we approached her to let her know that our son, who lives in Nashville and whom we were there visiting, was going to be coming by the hotel to visit with us for a couple of hours and have dinner. We asked if there was a way we could pay for his valet on our room tab. Without hesitation, she offered to comp his valet saying "you're a guest in our hotel, we'll take care of that!l. It wasn't a lot of money and it wasn't about the money, it was that what she did was exactly what a high-end service-oriented hotel should do. We had other interactions with this same young woman throughout our stay that made our stay truly special and extra enjoyable. I also mentioned the valet staff. They were very prompt and friendly each and every time we needed to retrieve or return our vehicle throughout our stay. The only negative of our stay was that housekeeping never cleaned our room even through we specially requested it. However, the young woman at the front desk (again, it's driving me crazy that I can't recall her name!) more than made up for it. Other pluses include the hotel's convenient location and nice bar-lounge venue. Thank you Cambria Nashville Downturn for an enjoyable stay!

Loved our 3 night stay exploring downtown Nashville for the first time. The location was perfect and we did not need a car. However we did avail ourselves of a chauffeur service to take us to the Grand Ole Opry which was excellent. Our suite had a magnificent view from the 18th floor. Loved the bathroom with a large shower and fluffy towels. Initially our in-room safe was not working but someone came up to service it once we alerted the front desk. Did not realize that the bathroom fan should be fixed so also reported this. Went to the 5th floor bar/pool area on several occasions for drinks and snacks to watch live bands perform, where we had excellent service. Note that the restaurant on the main floor is not part of the hotel where food and service was sub-par.

The amazing service, friendly staff, clean room, the spectacular views, the perfect location for downtown events and close to the interstate, the atmosphere & the valet parking are all why we continue to return to Cambria Nashville Downtown when we are in town. Austin, Eli & Avery we exceptional with valet service and ensure our luggage was stored properly so we could start our trip early & loaded our car so we could continue our trip until the last minute. We will never stay in another hotel downtown again!

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel while in town for a conference. This hotel is located in a great spot, within walking distance to Broadway, but far enough to not hear the noise from the street. Service was really great, check in and check out were quick and friendly. The room I was given was huge! Everything was clean and well designed. Things like outlets next to the bed and a light up makeup mirror in the bathroom are great touches. Bed was comfy with a variety of pillows on the bed. This is a great spot to stay in Nashville!

Great, walkable to everything location, clean and exceptional customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly--seriously every valet, bartender, front desk attendant and housekeeping person was on point. The pool(definitely small but not a problem during our midweek stay) and bar area are great with live music every night. We ordered breakfast from the NashHouse one morning, and it was meh. The gym is clean and has many equipment choices. The room has an interesting layout with the bed in the middle of the room, looking out the window. It did make the room feel small. There are only 2 small drawers, some open hanging space and a large bathroom and shower but the sink is not separate from bathroom like many are these days. Bathroom has a sliding barn door. Layout might be challenging for a family, but we enjoyed it. Yes, the parking and the snacks/sundries are expensive, but that's the kind of hotel this is. We were happy our car and its contents were safe. Would definitely stay here again.
