The Nashville Glo is consistent with the brand with clean, modern looking rooms and black out blinds that make the room nicely dark. The fitness center was small but functional with all equipment in good working order. The breakfast area is spacious and has good variety. Good value

Beautiful hotel, rooms are modern design and comfy. Large TV with lots of Channels. I love that the room has refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again, when in Nashville.

Glo Best Western Nashville Our room was great but...the coffee condiments were all already opened, the floor in room and bathroom was full of sand and dirty, the mattress was uncomfortable hard we could feel the piping around the sides. The night staff was super accommodating and friendly. The day manager not so much sitting on the Internet. Breakfast on a holiday New Year's Day - Wednesday was closed in spite of several people(10 ) arriving at 905 am or shortly after. Most people look at major holidays as a weekend days. Manager expressed no empathy and smugly said they pulled breakfast at nine when asked. Wow the contrast in service and friendliness was very sad. We were really impressed last night. But we were only in the room a brief time to drop off our stuff and book a Lyft
Today we will look else here on our next visit to Nashville. Day staff is chasing off your guests. Lastly upon checking out the woman at the desk did offer to "try" and ask for a 10% refund but then refused to provide a printed invoice for our stay.

Friendly front desk lobby attendant. Breakfast was good, shuttle service to the airport super convenient. Would be better if they stocked the tea/coffee station with more options and keep toilet paper fully stocked in the guest bathroom on the 1st floor.

This hotel is very clean and service was excellant. Room was very spacious so you werent hitting your knees on furniture and with 3 people in the room none of us were in each others way. Bathroom was also very large and shower was amazing. Water was hot almost as soon as you turned it on.

Positives - spacious room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with great shower, nicely decorated, refrigerator and microwave, nice dark shades, great breakfast, clean except for the floor
Negatives - You can hear everything above you. Person walking at 4:30 am woke us up, so loud it sounded like stomping, could hear the bathroom door close loudly above, heard two different alarm clocks going off. It was a good thing I slept so comfortably until 4:30, because that was it for me. The floor in my room was pretty dirty. The amount of dirt my feet picked up between the shower and the bed was gross, and I kept getting my sock stuck on a sticky spot. The pillows are thick and hard. The bathroom door handle was very loose. The tissue in the bathroom was like sandpaper. No water to drink at the breakfast bar.
Recommendation - It was a very nice, comfortable room, so I wouldn't say don't stay here. Just ask for the top floor, bring ear plugs, and hopefully they'll start cleaning the floors better.

Great hotel, great location, great amenities, great service, very clean & comfortable rooms. Full breakfast was included-- it was all fresh and very delishish. Easy check in & out. Great location that was close to downtown while avoiding the trouble of finding parking/having to pay for parking and also not having to deal with the chaotic downtown traffic. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in nashville.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. When we checked in the first thing I noticed was that the inside handle on the “barn door” slider to the bathroom was falling off. I reported it to the registration desk, and also left a polite note for maid service to have it repaired. The following day nothing had been done. I again reported it to the registration desk. This went on each day. On day 4 the entire handle fell off onto the floor. It was still on the floor when we left to come home. Maid service was terrible as well. 3 of the 5 days after returning from downtown the service had not been to our room. We had to get towels from the front desk. So you know we had a pile of wet towels on the bathroom floor that we had to deal with. And on the 2 days maid service did arrive, the bed wasn’t made, and the pillows we’re laying on a chair. Each morning when I entered the wet shower, dirt from walking in bare feet in the room would come off in the shower. The hardwood and tile floors were filthy. The breakfast buffet was staffed by one attendant. Totally inadequate. The hot food items would be mostly gone when we would get there by 7:30. There was no variety to the menu. I really felt sorry for the attendant, and told her so. We will never stay here again. For $150-160 a night I certainly would expect better.

The breakfast was advertised as a full, hot breakfast. We were very disappointed. Usually there was no meat or eggs. When they were there, they didn't amount to much. Over all, the breakfast was a major disappointment. They maid service was poor even though ours was better than our friends, who stayed on a different floor. The motel isn't located too far from Nashville's major attractions but it is not close. Another issue with the location is that there are very few restaurants within walking distance of the property. There are lots of hotels in Nashville and I think there are more than likely many hotels that would be a better choice than this one. This was the first time we stayed in a Glo Best Western. If this is what they are all like, I will pass on the next one.
