I dunno about breakfast but the place is about 5 minutes walking distance to several of your standard issue American restaurants you'd find anywhere, like starbucks and chipotle and etc. If you want to know if the place... More

Vanderbilt is about 5-10 minutes walking time. I say walking because traffic seems to be constantly congested on the 106.
