You'd get more than you'd pay for. Room, especially the bathroom was very clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They provide wifi for free within and it's very strong. The location was very accessible to church and stores.

Vanderbilt is about 5-10 minutes walking time. I say walking because traffic seems to be constantly congested on the 106.
