The 506 Lofts were uniquely designed to be efficient, but personal. Each unit was a different design (we stayed in unit #302) and care was made to ensure a fantastic visit. We felt very secure, the pass code had to be entered numerous times before we could enter our room. The loft was very clean and we could not hear other guests. We definitely would recommend staying there and plan on staying there again on future visits to Nashville.

My two friends and I stayed in the Petway Loft and we absolutely loved it. The space was adorable; the queen pull out and the queen bed were both very comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. We were far enough away from Broadway to not be disturbed with any noise at night, but close enough that we were able to walk home, change our shoes, and head right back for more dancing! We felt very safe at this location as well.
The Lofts mentions on their website that they share space with the cigar bar which worried me, but on the third floor we did not smell a single odor from the cigars.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

We have never experienced such an unpleasant feeling when entering a facility. The only fitting comparison is a prison, there are no windows, there are two skylights on the ceiling which, although large, are opaque and do not allow you to see outside. It was awesome! Will definitely stay again. It was close to Broadway and the state buildings. Very spacious and well taken care of property. It is priced comparably to local hotels in the area with added privacy.

Would absolutely stay at 506 Lofts again. The staff are super helpful and accommodating, any questions I had about our booking were quickly followed up on via email. As for the loft itself, it is incredibly clean, comfortable and gives an at home feel instantly. There was a goody bag of treats and bottled water on arrival, full fridge, stove and dishwasher. The lofts provide such a different experience from a hotel stay - and we were walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Nashville but with the privacy of a condo in the middle of it all. If you are debating about booking - don't - I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Nashville!

We loved our stay at 506 Lofts. The space has a cool vibe with all the updates and amenities desired. Loved having a washer/dryer available. The building has an elevator, which is nice. The location is really great, very walkable, just a block from the Ryman Auditorium and 3 blocks from Broadway so noise was not an issue. It was such a fun trip.

I had an exceptional stay at 506 Lofts in The Petlow loft. The entire place was decorated and set up beautifully, with the full kitchen and loft bedroom adding a touch of luxury. We had a family gathering in Nashville and we loved our stay at Lofts 506. It is at an excellent location, everything is very close and walkable but it is also quiet and safe. The loft was very nice and well maintained and the building was very secure. Convenient to everything in downtown Nashville. The one issue was the bathroom door. It is a sliding barn-style door and did not close completely, so there is no privacy. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience and would not keep me from staying there again. The staff and management were very helpful and allowed late checkout on the day we checked out. The price was very reasonable for downtown Nashville, and the fact that a percentage of profits is used to help the homeless in Nashville is a big incentive to stay here.
