We were here for the New Year's Eve Jack Daniels event at Bicentennial park. It was a great location for that, we were able to walk to the event (we took a lyft back given the late hour and the walking route was a bit dark). The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast spread was good. It was nice having parking with in/out privileges adjacent to the hotel. It was a quick drive to Broadway and other areas of town. Not a whole lot in walking distance, but there was a large grocery store a block away, and a few restaurants that we didn't try. The desk staff were all very nice. I would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We came in for a hockey game. Staff couldn't be nicer. Hotel was very quiet, view was great. Breakfast was good and again the staff were very nice. I will probably stay here again when in town. Other than the $40.00 parking fee we enjoyed our stay.

This is a brand new hotel with a giant lobby with plenty of seating. There is a partking garage connected that is almost completely empty. You are charged $30 a day which is a little ridiculous when you’re paying $400 to $500 a night. The breakfast is standard fare for Hampton hotels. It closed at 9am during the week which is much too early. It should be 10am which is what it is on weekends. Hotel is spotless and so is the fitness room. We loved the rooftop pool with the view of the city. There is a bar upstairs that has a one hour happy hour with $5 beers. Housekeeping is the only real negative here. They want you to call 24 hours in advance to get your room cleaned. I’m really sick of Hilton corporate using Covid as an excuse to not provide adequate housekeeping service and hire enough staff. A hotel room should be serviced everyday or you should provide a credit per nite to the customer. The hotel is in a new area of Nashville very NYC yuppish if that’s your thing. It’s quite a hike by foot to Broadway and the bars. Took us 30 minutes to get there. Overall this is a great location.

Most horrible experience and suggest not to stay here. We checked in on Sunday evening and asked for our room to be cleaned everyday and everyday that we come back the room is not clean. The lady at the reception was not helpful at all and said in their record the room shows clean and see the attached image showing our room when we get back. They said the room gets cleaned every alternate day. If I checked in on Sunday Tuesday the room should be made but no they did not do it. And every morning before leaving we have asked the reception to have our room cleaned and they had made a note but 2 days in a row the room is not cleaned trash also not picked up towels not replaced. Ridiculous experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I would honestly give this place zero stars if I could.

We booked and paid in full (in advance) for a weekend trip, specifically noting we were getting to town late. When we arrived, we were told our room was given away. The night desk “manager” Laurie, said that they booked us a nearby hotel, that we could check into and then switch hotels the next day. The other hotel wasn’t all that “nearby” at all, it was actually further out of town, and had an earlier check out than the check in would be at the location we originally booked. What were we to do with our luggage?!

We requested a refund and were told only the hotel manager could do it, on Monday! This all took place on a Friday. When we brought up the fact that nearly $1000 of our money was tied up over a weekend vacation, “Laurie” told us “that’s just how a business is run”, as if the hotel/hospitality industry operates on a Monday- Friday schedule. When we told her that’s unacceptable and they were basically holding our $1000 hostage, “Laurie” then raised her voice (basically shouting at us) and said we were the “worst people she had ever encountered”, why? Because you gave away our room, that we paid in advance for, specifically said we would get there late (our flight was delayed further) and then refused to give us our money back until 4 days later?

“Laurie” actually called security on us, even though we hadn’t even raised our voices, and tried to have them kick us out, to which the security guard refused to do. Finally a sense of understanding in this hotel!!

The hotel managers name is Dan Deaver and his business card has his cellphone number on it, so we called it and Dan also backs the “100% Hampton guarantee” of being satisfied with our stay, but not refunding us until Monday, when our vacation is over. So much for Southern hospitality.

I’ve never seen such terrible customer service and couldn’t believe how unbelievably rude this “manager”, named Laurie, was. She is just a wretched human being and is severely lacking customer service skills.

We had to spend more money, booking at another hotel and when we told them the story, they couldn’t believe how we were treated and said their (the other hotel) policy would never tie up a guests funds like this Hampton location is doing. I would avoid this location at all costs, as it looks really nice but they treat their guests in a terrible manner.

We stayed here for a recent trip to the area. Hotel is fairly new in a location that is either a short Uber ride or manageable walk to the downtown area.

Free on-site parking

Gym available

Daily free breakfast

Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping opportunities

Walking distance to Showgirls gentleman's club.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Lots of late night pizza delivery options.

We will definitely return to this location

The room was fine the first night. However I stayed three days and the room became less than clean. On the second day I requested cleaning and supplies and was told it was only available every three days or when requested 24 hours in advance, which no one mentioned until my second day at noon and I was told it was too late. Especially for the cost of the room, I expect more than NO service. The rooftop pool is a tiny postage stamp, no where near enough seating, the bar is small and Inside not outdoors. Parking is $50 a day on top of your room, rediculous! The staff were mostly helpful and friendly.

As soon as we arrived Rick the manager offered to check our bags while the rooms were being prepared and gave us a very useful and comprehensive understanding of our choices to dine in the local restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The variety was amazing and Rick’s explanation was very accurate.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn the experience was wonderful from the food to the people Teirea, Qwesi, Arionna and Rick were very special and were there to help us navigate the hotel but also the city of Nashville thanks again for a wonderful time. The only complaint our group had was one of the toilets were stopped up on a Saturday and obviously Rick was off and whom ever was in charge over the weekend could not find a plumber or a plunger in Nashville. My friend was offered that he could use any of the public restrooms until they could solve the issue. But our room was well appointed , quiet and the heater was perfect. Additionally, we stayed 5 days and the free hot breakfast changed each day. That was a first, The biggest negative was no restaurant after breakfast and no maid service for the room.

The stay was great. Hotel location was perfect and the room was nice outside of a slight almost mildew type smell (which we didn't report). Our issue was, they charged us $131 for parking even though we had no car. We flew in and took rideshares everywhere. The desk staff never even asked if we had a vehicle there. I didn't find out about the charge until I saw it on my bank statement which made me look at the final receipt closer. I have now talked to Customer Service twice and have been told that I have to wait up to a month to receive a check in the mail. So, they overcharged me and stole my money and I'm having to wait a month to get my money back and they aren't willing to do anything for me and told me I just have to wait.

Dear Sarah S., If you are a guest at the hotel, you have access to the pool. If you are asking if a non-guest, such as a local, can pay just to use the pool, that one you will have to ask the hotel staff. They could give you a far more definitive answer than I could. Sincerely, F4981JCmichaels

What is the size of the junior suite? Would there be room for a single blow up mattress ?

Not sure what a junior suite is. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. It would be tight, but there was room for a blow up mattress. You might want to check directly with them though. Not all hotels allow such.
No the hotel doesn't provide transportation. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are the available ride share options.

Hello, the hotel is approximately a mile and a half from the pedestrian bridge
The Opry is approximately a 20 minute drive from the hotel and housekeeping does refresh linens upon request.
