The lobby has a bar/restaurant area that was always busy and the menu looked good.
We stayed on the 8th floor which was newly redone. Our room was large, calming colors, new bathroom, carpet and the closet area was accessible and organized.
The king sized bed was very comfortable.
Our floor maid staff was very friendly, cleaned up our room each day and when we saw her in the hallway she was pleasant and asked if we needed anything.
Breakfast was delicious with many options, always full and clean.
We did not get a chance to visit the pool - but it looked clean and relaxing.
There is a shuttle that runs free from 9am-9pm and takes you down to Broadway. They were timely and very friendly.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as an affordable place to stay if you want to visit Nashville.
After running into an issue with Priceline - their GM Patrick was beyond helpful and offered top notch customer. He went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip. Thank you!

Hotel Was immaculately clean. My room was on the 6th floor. Extremely clean and great lighting. I am very anal and take clorox wipes and lysol spray with me to every hotel I stay in & NOT ONE SPEC OF DIRT. I was extremely pleased with the hotel cleanliness. Equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot.
Bed was very not very comfortable. Hard bed soft pillows.
The parking is an additional $20 self park plus tax
Breakfast was served. Pancake maker eggs sausage breads grits juices coffee tea danishes cereals yogurt waffle Maker
They offer complimentary shuttle service to town. Limited hours.
Uber to town $7 if you want to come later than shuttle can provide.
The hotel is located off the main highway. Im
A light sleeper and it didn’t bother me.
The surrounding hotel area there is a lot of construction happening. Even at the hotel
Itself there was some outside construction.
Reza is the perfect engaging and social van driver, who assisted me as much as was possible. The front desk staff was stellar. Kenny never stops smiling and helping guests feel welcome and taken care of. Atavia and China also keep the operation running smooth and without them the hotel just wouldn’t be the same. The thin crust pizza delivery at midnight was incredible and I so appreciate the front desk staff’s recommendation to try it!
Without these key employees and this special Clarion Hotel and its reasonable fee, my tour of Nashville for two quick days would not have turned out as special and memorable as it did. I will come back here again soon.
Whilst we were out having dinner on the 15th November we got an email from British Airways saying that our flight the next day had been cancelled, this was less than 24 hours until we were due to fly. We got the shuttle back to the hotel as soon as possible and explained to the lady on reception what had happened. This was around 9pm, she said that our room wouldn’t be available for an extra night but she could hold a room with one bed. We were travelling as mother and daughter so this wasn’t ideal. I said I’d go and call British Airways and then confirm what our decision was. After hours on the phone to British Airways we managed to get on a different flight. By this time it was late so I tried to call down to reception and the phone in our room didn’t work. We checked out the next morning at 8.30am and told the man on reception that we had managed to get on a flight and that we didn’t need the room that had been held back. He confirmed that was ok and said thank you for letting them know. He then stored our bags for a few hours for us before we went to get our flight.
When we arrived home I couldn’t believe it when I then had a charge of $350 for a room we hadn’t used even after updating staff first thing that morning. We didn’t pay much more than that for the whole time we were there!!!! I emailed the Clarion immediately and didn’t get a response for a few days. They asked me to call them to discuss which I did and it took me 6 attempts to finally get hold of the manager Gloria. I’d left more than one message and still they hadn’t bothered to call me back. Apparently Gloria is going to look into this but you could tell by the numerous times I was put on hold that there was no empathy involved and that no money will be refunded despite it being their error. Please be aware of this when booking as they will willingly take money from you that is not owed to them.

Breakfast wasn’t eatable.
The seats in the breakfast room
were threadbare and couldn’t possibly be germ free considering the state they were in. The bedroom we stayed was also run down with paper peeling off the wall, mould and rust in the bathroom. The furniture was chipped, doors were yellow instead of white and there were plaster patches on the walls and carpets were threadbare.
The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the guy at reception “”Kenny” was very pleasant and extremely understanding.
I regret to say that after 2 weeks I’m still waiting to be refunded for the 4 nights I didn’t stay.
This hotel does offer a shuttle service to Downtown Nashville, but it doesn’t run after nine so you’d have to get a taxi back and it can be very expensive.
