Wanted a clean and cheap place to get some rest. I got half of that. Place is overpriced for what it is. I realize it’s an “extended stay hotel” and may be cheaper the longer you stay. Was clean but very dated. No convenient outlets to charge technology (phones, tablets, watches, hearing aids, etc.)
Carpet was in bad condition along with furniture. Breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water, granolas, packaged muffins, oatmeal. The gentleman that checked me out never said, thank you, have a good day, kiss my aXX, nothing.

So we got to Nashville and checked in on the 4th of July. As soon as we met the front desk lady she had a smile from ear to ear and gave us instructions on how to get to the fireworks downtown. The second we got to the room we noticed that the air conditioner was broken and was not producing cold air.

We called the great front desk lady and she ran to our room with keys to a new one. It meant a lot to us because we had just gotten off the road with a 3 month old and we all needed so rest. The 2nd room was nice and clean even the kitchen was sparkling. The only issue I had was with the parking that is to be expected when you check in late in the evening we walked around the building with all of our bags and a swing for the baby. Not loud great location and a nice place for the price.

This was obviously on older motel type. I can't u plain. It, but it felt seedy. It was rated high on trip advisor and all we needed was a place to sleep while traveling through, and I guess for the price it was okay. It was waged back in kind of a seedy looking corner of land. When went in the office there were obviously about 12 security cameras all over the place because the front desk person was watching the monitor for all of them. She was extremely pleasant and our reservations were correct and ready. I looked ergo the vp real fast area and I could see al the food stuffed in a tiny fridge but I left thinking, hum, I think I will pass on breakfast. Everything was clean, but my gut was nervous I guess because of the lcation and e wry thing bring older. We were able to park right in front of our rooms which I was great fun for, as it was dark and I didn't want to have to walk far being a woman. When I went in the room I n
Made a bee line for the bathroom because that is always my litmus test for cleanliness of hotels. It was spotless! Very, very clean. I looked at the bed sheets and they too were very clean. The chair in the room was older and very stained. I decided I would. It be sitting or putting anything on it. Same thing for the bedspread. The carpet was well vacuumed but old. Not going barefoot here. There was a double security look on the door which was nice. Cable, flat screen tv and free wifi. I was tired and climbed into a comfy bed and slept well. Took a shower and left. If you just want a bed for the evening I guess it was okay. But as single women traveling alone I did t even feel safe to go out and get ice alone at night. The desk person in the morning was very pleasant. I guess the location and the age of the hotel and furniture made it feel creepy. I would not stay here again if other options in the same price range were available especially as a woman being alone.

We were displaced because of COVID-19 and after moving from hotel to hotel found this one. The staff was always helpful, available, professional and at the highest level of customer service. The location was ideal right next to Briley Parkway and I40, downtown Nashville and Opry Mills Mall about 10 minutes away. Parks and water fountains were within walking distaste. It wasn't home but the staff did a great job making it feel like home. Thanks Bruce and all the staff there for making a difficult time in life much more bearable.

The only ESA my husband and I have ever stayed in was in Tallahassee FL until this Thanksgiving week.

We were given a free night from our stay there this past August.

We used the free night in Nashville November 21st and also made reservations that we paid for November 22 and 23rd. The free night we were shocked at how unclean the room 110 seemed, plus killed 2 spiders and a bug. Went to look in the coat closet for a broom and could not get over how nasty and cobwebby the floor was in the closet. The room had two full baths. The one off the kitchen had splatters all over the sink faucet where it had not been cleaned and there was black dye or something on the tub that wiped off with my Clorox wipe. The next morning I went to find out about checking into our next two nights and would we have to move.
We had to move and I told them I hoped it was cleaner than the room we were leaving. They had me look at 303 to see if it was acceptable. It definitely smelled cleaner than the other one.

After being settle in the room you noticed how dirty the door area is and the electric outlets are so nasty.

We do not want a free night and are not asking for one. We just want you to know how nasty this place is. Maybe ever who owns it needs to stay there.

As part of our commitment to our guests, we strive to provide clean and well-maintained rooms, and we are disappointed that we fell short in this instance. We value your business and would love the opportunity to exceed your expectations and give you the exceptional stay we are known for. Sincerely, Hotel Management

This place has actually been pretty decent as an extended stay hotel. Our room was decent, modern, & clean. It was small, but it was extremely comfortable. There were a couple of other Extended Stay America hotels right on the other side of the block which is weird, but one got bought out by another company. The main big one there felt sketchy, we didn't like the vibe there. This one seems hidden, but it feels safer and its a bit more quiet which we really like about the place.

A couple of ladies that work the desk an elder lady name Connie and a younger lady, in which I didn't remember her name, started with a K took the best care of us. One of the guys that work at night seems a bit lazy or doesn't seem to care much about his job. We been there for 4 months. Their prices fluctuate depending on the time of season. They tell you that their prices would drop after you stay a certain amount of time, but it's not a guarantee. They charged more than $500 a week which is pricey, their cheapest rate has gone to $460 at its lowest. Compared to staying at the Drake Inn, it was definitely way better. We didn't see much cockroaches or dealt with any bed bugs which is great. Their breakfast doesn't consist of regular meals other than snack bars and coffee, nothing fancy. Overall the experience was pleasant.

My 6 year old and I love our room. It's clean, comfortable and truly smoke free. The property is well maintained and Mya at the front desk is a sweetheart. My daughter said she would love to stay here longer... we've been at 5 hotels in the past week and this is the first one she's asked to stay extra nights.
