Don't listen to the bad reviews. I almost did and it would have been a big mistake. We stayed here one night bc we came to see Charles Bradley at the Exit/In. Checked in around 4pm. Service desk lady was sweet and helpful. Passed pool and impressive atrium on the way up to room. Everything was lovely, clean, and well...

Stayed here three nights, while in town on business. This is an older property, which has been updated. Thus, I was pleasantly surprised... I really didn't know what to expect. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. The only drawbacks are the smell of chlorine on the interior of the building, and the fact that they do not...

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on an escorted tour. Room was adequate and clean on the outside of the Hotel. Some of our group had rooms facing the road and had no sleep due to traffic noise from the very busy road. There was a bar which did food and had live music with a nice relaxed atmosphere. There...

We stayed at the Inn at Opryland this week for an event with a group of high school students. The staff could not have been nicer. The front desk was very helpful. The room was a basic hotel room. We had been in an outdoor-facing room but moved to an inside-facing room, which smelled a bit musty, to get away...

This hotel should not even have the Gaylord Hotel associated it with!!! Verging on dumpy. Mattress is way past its prime. Way to many kids which create noise way into the night. Carpeting was dirty. Front desk personnel really didn't have answers to costs of a cab downtown. Buses that run to the Gaylord Hotel weren't on time. Definitely not...

This hotel was a real let down. Hotels in the USA are usually of a good standard particularly if they are rated 3/4 star. This hotel is like a huge sports stadium with rooms around the outside. They have no windows to the outside and so no natural light. They smell a bit musky and you can smell chlorine from...

This was a great place to stay. I had one of the inside rooms and it was very quiet at night, even with the bar below me. Pros: Nicki the Bartender - she was great! We visited the bar every night to pregame and she knew who we were, what we wanted, and had a ton of things to talk...
