We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, and when I said" I'm here to check in", he said "I hope we can", I understand I'm slightly early by 30 minutes, but that's not the response I wanted. So he gives us our room number, we rode the elevator since we were on the 2nd floor and the elevator smelled...

We were in town for two nights. Really wanted to stay at the Opryland Hotel across the street, but they were full. I was assured, when I called for a reservation that this one was nearly as nice. Wrong! This was an average hotel, reminded us of an older Holiday Inn. The pool is only open till 9pm, which is...

This was actually a really nice hotel and close to the Gaylord Opryland. Clean rooms, a little Starbucks cafe open in the mornings to get a quick breakfast and a restaurant with live music each night. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice to stay here last summer.

The Inn at Opryland is conveniently located across the street from the Opryland Hotel and Mall complex. The hotel itself is an older hotel, but well-maintained. The staff is helpful. The handicapped accessible room was small and cramped, but the bathroom itself was ample sized. The beds were comfortable. Handicapped parking was somewhat limited.

I attended a conference at the Opreyland Convention Center and was placed at The Inn at Opryland because there were no more rooms available at the convention center. I was charged the exact same rate as those staying at the conference center for a room that was by far inferior. The elevator smelled so horrible I literally had to hold...

We were very disappointed to find that a shuttle from the airport would cost $90 for 3 customers! This really needs to be cleared when advertising "available airport shuttle". When we arrived we were given a second story room, and my brother uses a scooter. We asked for, and received, a first floor room the next day. Staff transported our...

Well this was a strange experience. It was a hotel based on landings facing both inside and outside the hotel. I was so glad we were allocated an outside room as the interior was *extremely* noisy at times. The room was ok. However, because the window was on a walkway we had to draw the curtains because the dressing/vanity area...

This is like no other Gaylord property. Further, this is low-end Marriott at best. The place is designed like a multi-level motel with exterior corridors overlooking the parking lot or highway or Shoney's. the rooms are in need of a refresh and some tlc. The location is ok I suppose as a cheap alternative to the real Gaylord Opryland Hotel...

The customer services was great, they were very friendly. The hotel is close to the Opryland Covention Center, Opry Mills Mall, and The Grand Ole Opry. There are a ton of restaurants, and bars by the hotel. The hotel even has a band come in on the weekend and play at their restaurant. The rooms however did have a moldy...

Rooms smell like mold - then covered up by bad perfume. In fact, at the front desk the staff say - which smell the moldie one or the strong perfume - so I can note it for management. While we didn't require it we were put in a room for disabled patrons. When we could not find the "safety deposit...
