Not sure where to start. I gave it two stars simply because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is something else. Musty halls, musty elevator. The first room we went in to smelled like urine and both comforters were filthy. Had some weird gunk on it, the tv was on and maybe a dog bone was On the floor. Looks like someone was just in there. front desk was really nice, apologized and changed us out real quick and this room was at least clean and smelled better. But the list of inconveniences this room had was insane- the entire room was wet. Maybe from the air conditioner. The fridge was leaking so we had to stuff the hand towels underneath it just to stop it, and the cabinet door where the fridge is was broken. The clock, remote, and safe had no batteries. We changed the batteries for the remote but it didn’t matter, it didn’t work with the tv. There was one outlet the was so horribly placed and it was hard to charge any of our stuff. We had to choose between charging or keeping the light plugged in. then they had a towel shortage, you have to give them Your dirty towels to get new ones. Not that I cared about that really. They were very pet friendly so that was a plus but if were back in Nashville, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Location did not feel safe. Reception person was not friendly at all. Other couple with us tried making conversation guy would not even look up. Room was ok but not cleaned properly, mirrors smudge, dusty furniture and floor dirt on the edges.
Looked like they made repairs or tried updating , who ever did it took short cuts , wood floors uneven some shorter then others. Washroom tub had mold on the edges.
We were planing on staying a couple of nights we just stayed that one night.
Took Uber to strip, Uber driver said we were not staying in a safe area to be careful, that didn’t make us feel any better.

The room was unspectacular but clean and free of smoke smell. I was only in Nashville for a one-night stay, so it worked well for that purpose. There were two relatively minor inconveniences that would have become more annoying on a multiple day stay: First, the bedside lamp was missing its on/off switch, so the only way to operate it was to screw/unscrew the light bulb. Second, there was no electrical outlet easily accessible from the bed, which made charging my phone and plugging in my c-pap more impractical than it should have been.

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful but no breakfast items were put out at all. This was an issue for me as well because I made this trip on a shoestring budget to do some personal research and thus had to end up skipping breakfast altogether.

All in all, three stars for the clean room and courteous, helpful staff. For the price, in a major tourist trap, for one night, the accommodations were fine. For an extended stay or if you are a traveler who enjoys the extras, I would consider staying somewhere else.

The day before our check in at this hotel, we randomly called them to ask about something else, and they told us that they had decided to cancel all previous reservations to accept a bunch of college students who reserved last minute but were more people, so it was better for their business. We have received no call or email from them, and if we had not called them (which we usually never would) we wouldn’t have known that we had no room until the moment we get to the hotel. I am 7 months pregnant and they were simply kicking us out without even letting us know in advance. When we asked for a solution, they said they were not going to do anything and it was our problem to solve.

Avoid this hotel since they will happily leave you in the street to get a few more bucks! Do not trust these people, they could not care less about their clients!

Two queen beds in room, one mattress was ok, the other had a slope towards the middle in it. Pillows were rock hard. They gave a neck ache every morning. The maid service was poor. Two days we did not get clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The floor in the room always felt like there was dirt on it, so not sure if the maid even swept/vacuumed. The maid had long black wavy hair which you found in the bathtub, bed and floor in my room. The room itself was small and the bathroom was smaller. Little refridge in room was not working. Poor lighting in the room. The elevator in the place made so many noises everyone wondered if it was going to break down. A construction crew came in and left a trail of dirt from their shoes from the front door all the way thru the lobby to the elevator, then from elevator to their room which was on my floor. That dirt was not swept/vacuumed up for two days. NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE, NO HOT TEA any day!. The coffee machine broke the day before I arrived and it was never replaced. You had to walk to the nearest restaurant - McDonalds about a 1/4/mile away. I will never stay in this or another with the same name. It was that bad. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel. Every morning /night there was a constant banging/dropping of something. Not made by guests. It was from staff getting/doing something next to my room.

Easy, friendly check-in and check-out and we experienced no problems at all during our 1 night stay in Nashville.

The location is OK, the hotel is OK. Not great. But it was also under $100 for 3 people and a dog!

Would have been a big plus if the pool had been open as it was upward of 85 degrees, but it was closed and full of swampy looking water.

I stayed at this location on 6/26 to 6/27. I called back to speak to the manager once I got to my destination as I realized I had been bitten by bed bugs. After a few times calling,I finally spoke with the manager. I explained to her I had stay at the location the day before and told her what room I was in. The manager told me she was aware of the issue and that she had closed the room for inspection, but found nothing. She then suggested that it may be flea bites since the hotel is pet friendly. In any case, the manager agreed to return a portion of my stay for the inconvenience. Well, I have yet to receive that refund and she is obviously avoiding me. Every time I call to speak to her she is either not there or on the phone and will return my call as soon as she is finished. It's been over 3 weeks and I can not get any reconciliation! Please beware! Poor customer service! I wish I paid with a card instead of cash so I could dispute the charge! This is the very first time I have ever written a review so you have some idea how upset I am!

The rooms are very old fashioned. They are in desperate need to be updated. There are only about 4 outlets to plug anything in to, and they are all in hard to reach places which makes them impractical to use. Both of the lamps in the room were faulty. One would flicker periodically every 5 minutes, and the other was shattered. When we told the management staff about that issue, they didn't fix it until we asked a second time. The TV is very small for it to be 2021. Lastly, the WiFi is absolutely horrendous. It is 2021, the speeds of this hotel might have been top of its class at one point 10+ years ago, but it did not work fairly well. I ended up just using my phone's hotspot to connect my other devices to a network.

Old, outdated, broken, low quality furniture. Floors, countertops, tub, carpeting, baseboards, etc were dirty and poorly maintained. Paper thin walls, could hear everything in neighboring room, even casual conversation. Cheap quality linens and pillows. And WAY overpriced, at $120 a night this place should be clean and properly maintained. I've stayed at numerous Red Roof Inns averaging $45-55 a night that were immaculate.

Booked for Nov. 12-14th. They cancelled my reservation on the 23rd of October due to not being opened to the public. I have called serval times since I payed in advance for a refund. I have yet to receive my refund and it now has been 24 days. I have talked to my bank and they did not receive anything on there end. They claim they sent the refund but my account does not reflect that and I think they are lying. Very upset.

I'm not sure, but I can tell you they've been "under construction" for well over a year. I'm beginning to think it's just an excuse for dirty rooms. After staying there in Sept. I wouldn't risk it.

Thank you for inquiring about our hotel. We are in the middle of renovations to our rooms. All but one floor has been completed. We are about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. We have security that monitors our property, both inside and out.
