My friend and I needed a place to stay one night since we went down early. This hotel was cheaper than the majority. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't the best. Chipped paint, crapping water pressure, but overall cleaner than expected. Nice little breakfast area and conveniently located near the Pharmacy and Mas Tacos! If you are like me and...

We loved the hotel. Walking in, the room was beautiful and seemed clean but then found all trash swept behind the door. The room was quiet which we needed. We drove 2 hours to stay the night before a doctors appt. at Vanderbilt. My only problem, which is why I gave 4 stars was the gentleman at the desk when...

It is my pleasure to have stayed at the Red Roof Music City. I really appreciate Ms. Crystal for making my stay more enjoyable. She is one who is about her business, professional, knowledgeable, kind knows how to address the public (customers and otherwise) and if there is something you need she addresses the issue very well and in a...

After trying to find s place for the night we grudging checked in at the Red Roof Inn in north Nashville. Boy was I happily surprised. They've totally redone the old chain and updated the accommodations. Spacious room. Hardwood floor (no disgusting old stinky carpet). The woman at the front desk (Chrissy. I believe)was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely...

Beautiful rooms with hardwood floors, however, they could have told us they were going to start a circular saw at 7AM! The construction outside could be waited till after checkout (or at least a warning)

Stayed one night cancelled the second. Chose this hotel due to pet friendly policy but extremely disappointed in the quality of hotel. First we were given smoking room when we booked non-smoking. Thankfully a cancellation allowed us to switch rooms but this room wasn't much improvement. Still smelled badly of cigarettes and made us sneeze and gave us watery eyes!...

Desk attendant Quita was the rudest person I have done business with! The room was filthy and they were routinely unpleasant toward me! My son lives in this town and I am here all the time! Will NEVER come back to this CRAP hole

Nothing special, rooms are a bit basic but ok for a quick overnight. Friendly welcome from Quinta and the lady serving breakfast. Very handy for downtown, only 10 minutes driving or a short taxi ride away.

I stayed here in June 2016 for the MCJF, looked like renovations were just starting. The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional as was the other staff encountered. The room was dated but comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I will be coming back in May2017 again for the MCJF and I hope the renovations are complete by...
