I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but I think travelers should find a nicer place. I booked two nights here and upon entering I noticed the lobby was under construction and had an awful smell to it. There was no front desk, lobby bathroom was out of order and the place looked run down. I booked through a...

The clerk at the front desk was not helpful and a bit rude. The elevators stunk, as if they were burning. The lobby didn't look like these pictures. There were baseboards missing and the ceiling had cobwebs in the lobby. We were on the fourth floor and it smelled very musty. The carpets in the room were stained. The cabinet...

My wife and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn on Brick Church Pike north of Nashville. While it is obviously not a 4 star hotel, it's accommodations where quite satisfactory, especially considering the pricing and location. Located not far from the Grand Ole Opry and General Jackson Showboat and about a 10 minute commute to Downtown Nashville. Being mid-...

This hotel was very clean and very nice, the only small issue was some construction in our floor. But overall it was excellent. Breakfast was good. Fruits, bread, cereal, waffles and coffee. Everything was fresh and clean.

Best Customer service ever ...made up for the renovations the hotel was under . Picked this hotel because of it location to a concert we were attending. I've paid less for better hotels. Though, they are in the process of renovating, and did offer a free hot breakfast. The room was acceptable and I felt like it was worn down, but was clean.

It is a little ways from Broadway (about 5 miles) we normally stay closer but this time the hotel we normally stayed in was full. It was good for the price, they are remodeling the lobby area, the staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. We stayed on the 2nd floor, it was quiet and...

Okay ... so we've been coming to Nashville for a few years now and typically stay in Franklin at a very inexpensive hotel ... which is also not very nice. My friends wanted to stay at a place that had a functional pool this time ... and maybe a little bit nicer. We got both ... sort of! This hotel...

This RRI is a former Hampton INN. It has BEAUTIFUL views of downtown! Our room was good, but the furniture will need updating soon. Easy access to I-65. Liked this location as compared to the Airport location, that claims and CHARGES you as a "PLUS+" .....didn't see any PLUS+ there......only the price! They didn't have ANY breakfast! Not SQUAT! Nothing!

The room was about as expected and the amenities. The location was difficult highway-wise to return to from downtown Nashville and scary. The shower nozzle was tricky but when asked we had help within 5 minutes BUT JAMES at the front desk was a true professional. The downside was it seemed to be a home for those without a home.
