We stayed here for one night and "only one night". As we had reservations at the Wyndham Resort down the street for Tuesday + Wednesday. We chose this motel as it was incorporated with the Wyndham Resorts (and would receive triple award points). Our first impression when we walked into the lobby was "Oh my goodness". The clerk behind the counter was friendly, but her shirt uniform was filfthy! We assume it was her daughter lounging on the near by sofa texting. There were two employees- gentlemen that were tending to mill around. One of the men stop and chatted with us, he indicated it was his first day on the job.

When we arrived at our room, we considered it "average". The "decor" was lacking(drab) and most certainly needed updating. We didn't appreciate the water stains and flaking ceiling spackle. Obviously from leaking water damage. The floor molding was coming unglued. I didn't walk barefooted on the carpet nor bathroom tile. We DID like the fact there was wonderful shower water pressure. It really wasn't worth the $102.00 we spent for one night.

Room badly needing remodeled & cleaned. Bathroom door handle falling off & substance that appeared to be dried feces on the door above the handle.

Room has a king sized bed, but pillows are about the size of small pillows found on a sofa. Glad its only one night.

The hotel is located in a bad neighbourhood, it doesn't seem to be ok to go around there at night. Also, it needs more security in the buildings, there were ants in our breakfast cereals and the front desk person was unfriendly.

Wow! Room huge, clean, everything great, even though everything around is being constructed. The lobby and breakfast area lots of light, wonderful and great tv in centre. Staff, inviting, approachable, smile and helpful. No pool at this time. I had a great time. 2days there

We ended up here mostly by default as other places were full due to something going on in the area. It was after dark when we arrived though walking in the lobby you could barely tell you'd come in out of the night. Lighting was dim in both lobby and our room. Beyond the front desk the first sight was a darkened atrium. It made me think of cell blocks from a prison movie. Our room was on the ground floor along a hallway of broken plaster. It was unusually big but bare. There were signs of disrepair all over. The worst was the big "band aid" on the tub floor. What was under the big patch of white, unsightly, plastic that was raising at the corners? No bath or shower for us! I've commented upon a stay at another hotel that should rightly be closed until the remodeling is complete. Customers should not be doing a "gotcha" game like this. We had no choice, as another reviewer mentioned, but to stay. We were beyond their refund period. The charge was too much to dismiss. We were road weary. We needed a welcoming room that didn't smell dank and wasn't dingy. "Quality" should not be used to describe this place.

I had a last minute change in my trip and needed a hotel close to the airport in Nashville. Check in was very easy and my room was very big, plenty of room for 6 to stay. I had an early morning flight, and they provide a free shuttle to the airport. The driver was on-time and curteous and took me straight there (5 minute ride to curbside checkin). It appeared the hotel was doing renovations, there were new couches in the hallway and my room had new carpet, paint, and furnishings. Very good value for the money with a decent complimentary breakfast. Also, there is a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel that is actually very good, one of the best I've tried in the Nashville area.

When I made a reservation for the Comfort Inn and Suites, Nashville A/P, I was concerned when I got a notice that it was transitioning to a Quality Inn. I had stayed at this location about 2 years ago, and it was "OK", but not great then. It has been sold, and the changes do not appear to be for the better.
First, there is a Comfort Suites, Nashville Airport, just a couple of blocks away. The one I am writing about is transitioning to a Quality Inn 'during January 2013).
The rooms at the hotel being received are very large, but not terribly well laid out. The bathroom sink area could easily have been doored off, but isn't. This causes undue noise and light to people sleeping in. The paint job in room 103 appeared to be redone lately, but the workmanship is really poor. Paint was slopped on the floor, carpets were dirty, uncovered electric connection boxes, etc.
The outdoor parking lot lights were completely out ('due to construction'). This left us with a concern about our safety and our vehicle's protection during the night. I don't know how long the lights will be out, or had been, but the perception from discussing with the front desk person, was it has been a long, long time. That could explain almost none staying there that night. As a result, we were able to park almost in front of the main entrance.
Had I not booked this hotel from a past good experience, and was using reward points, I would have moved to almost anywhere else in that area, had I known the 'improvements' are anything but that.
Breakfast was just OK, but it was older and colder than it should have been, but some of that is few people stayed there that night, and the volume was low.
I would give them a year to 'finish' their 'improvements' and see if someone else reviews it again, but I will use another hotel, like the nearby Comfort Inn Nashville Airport, before taking a chance on this place.

This was our last stopover after a week of traveling. The office staff was friendly, but from there it was downhill all the way. We had 2 rooms. The hallway of the one on the 2 nd floor reeked of smoke. The water in the sink would not go down and left a gunky residue after use. The towels were extremely thin. The blanket was dirty. Next door to the hotel is a go cart track. Most of the night, continuous announcements from the track could be heard. Aside from all of this, I am sure there was some sort of fire code violation with the overloaded outlet. A multiple prong was placed in the socket and 5 items were using the same outlet. Room 2 on the first floor: dank and dirty. Door wasn't hung properly and light came in enough to brighten the room all night. Had to shove towel under door. Again, noisy from go carts all night and hall traffic as well. There was mildew on the wall, the pillows and blankets were dirty. The toilet made an incredible loud noise when flushed, and the phone in the room did not work. Avoid the hotel!!!!!

We came here because it had a good deal on the room. We arrive an hour before check in and are made to wait out in the heat (90degrees) for an hour so they could take their time cleaning it. We finally get in and the floor isnt vacuumed, bathroom floor is dirty, broken lamp with wires showing, and the bathtub had not been cleaned nor the shower curtain, which was full of mildew. And with all that you would think well at least the bed was comfy right? Wrong! The bed was broken and collapsed in the middle so we laid on each other all night in a king size bed! The staff was rude about any requests made and yelled at you when you cant understand their foreign accent. NEVER AGAIN WIL I STAY HERE!

We never had a problem here and everyone was nice. The prices are reasonable since it is not directly in downtown, but you are only 5-10 minutes away from downtown or opryland side. They were in the midst of remodeling while we were there but it was not a mess. It is close to the airport so you do hear planes coming in and out, but it was not constant. I would definitely consider staying here again. I became sick on our trip and the front desk lady was very helpful in telling me where the nearest pharmacy was. I also (thought) I forgot something in my room after we left and the other lady at the front desk was helpful in going to the room to see if she could find what I thought I had left.
