We truly appreciated the kindness, resourcefulness and service focused assistance of Kevin and Roger, our shuttle drivers. Our experience here would not have been near as good without them. They add heart to business.

The room was a nice size. It had a queen bed and a sofa bed with a curtain that could be pulled between for some privacy. The room had a large fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and dishwasher. The room had dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses and other things to cook a meal (no stove). It was nice to have a small counter and shelves to put food on while visiting. It had a desk space, as well as a rolling table that could be pulled out or slid under the counter to save space. The bathroom was average size with a shower that had lots of shelves to put things on while showering.
They have a very nice patio area with couches, table and chairs with a firepit and a couple of gas grills. It was a great place to hang out.
I think our favorite feature was that they share a shuttle with a nearby hotel, so we didn't have to drive downtown and fight for parking. We just walked over and called a number when we wanted to go downtown.
They had a nice breakfast. Waffle machine, biscuits, omelet-ish eggs, bagels, english muffins, english muffin/sausage sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, juices, milk and coffee. (The did run out of coffee creamer, and the lids did not fit on the cups.) The coffee an hot water were available all day in the lobby. Though, the hot water also tasted like coffee.
They have a pool and fitness center, but we did not use them. We used the stairs to come downstairs, because the elevators are very slow.
We selected and checked in with a room online, but they didn't have it ready when we arrived, even though we arrived well after our selected check-in time . I'm not sure why they let people select a room and an arrival time, if they are not going to have it ready. We ended up waiting on the patio for a different room to get ready. They could improve this, as well as looking at customers profiles when checking in to see if you are an honors member, and your room location preferences and other things.

We arrived at this hotel for an eight day stay to visit our children. Quite pleased with the room; new and clean. After traveling we went to take showers and noticed the glass shower door wouldn’t slide on the track. Went out for dinner and groceries and upon returning to the room my husband went into the shower stall to place some shampoo. Again the door was stuck so as he was trying to move it, the full size door fell on him and broke into a million shattered pieces! It sounded like an explosion went off and I ran in to find him in shock standing in a pile of glass with shards in his face, arms and legs.
Called the front desk but no one answered so I ran down and Monique was checking in guests. I asked for housekeeping to come and help but she said she was the only one in the hotel and as I explained the situation she left the guests at the front desk and ran up with a first aid kit. My husband was bleeding from the wounds but insisted he’d be fine with some bandaids. I begged him to go to the hospital and took photos seeing there was quite a bit of blood from the wounds.
Monique called the maintenance guy and said he only lived a few blocks away and waited for him to come. Utterly disturbed because he had to come in, he wouldn’t listen to the fact that this door was off the track and it was an accident. They found us another room and we finished out our stay.
Here’s the clincher. Not once during the rest of the week did anyone ask about my husband’s condition or were even friendly to us. When we got our bill we were charged the total amount plus $200 for the price of the shower door. When we told them it was ridiculous that they would charge us for the door, Ryan, the worthless, rude manager said “you broke it, so you pay for it.” We called Hilton inc. who said they’d look into it. Finally they said they couldn’t do anything about it since it was owned privately and furthermore Home2 Suites told them the reason it broke was because my husband was drunk and out his arm through it!
We’ve been Hilton honors customers for years and have never had an experience as unprofessional and unethical as this! NEVER AGAIN!
It may look nice on the outside but beware of the worst and uncaring service of any hotel in Nashville.

My husband and I had a king suite for four nights. We would not hesitate to book here - again and again!
We were astonished at the spaciousness of the suite, the bed comfort, the cleanliness, and high standards in the appearance of the whole facility. There were plenty of other customers over the weekend, but our room must’ve been completely soundproofed. Breakfast being included was a bonus, good, well laid out and maintained. The pool was great! Staff and management were responsive and friendly.
Only suggestion we would have is to have a little thicker of sheets and the couch was sturdy, but not overly comfortable. My husband and I are both very picky!

We had some travel issues meaning we were going to arrive later than planned at 3am and after another delay, around 6.30am. We phoned the hotel to advise them we were coming, updated them at the later time and then called to double check they had a note of this.
We arrived at 6.30am, to be told we’d been charged a no-show fee and the room was now booked by someone else so not available. We were offered a list of other hotels we could try instead which of course, we declined. So we got the book we had booked. The room key wasn’t working so we had to get the reception staff to come and let us in 2-3 times until one was available.
Aside from that, the hotel was lovely really nice lobby. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Other than the obvious very negative points, it is a great hotel so the average rating reflects the overall experience.

Ecellent stay, room and hotel were very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Will come and stay again. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, waffles, sausage biscuits, coffee, juice. There are plenty of options. When you are in Nashville, this is a great option at an affordable price.

This hotel was excellent! It was a great central location to go to downtown Broadway, the Grand Ole Opry, Neighbors Bar, etc. There is a shuttle that takes you to downtown and picks you up for free. They have a heated pool, fire pit, grills, and excellent customer service. Derrick was the highlight of our stay! Very accommodating and informative. Helped us figure out local places to visit. Would 100% stay here again when back in Nashville. Only negative is that there is a $10 fee per day for parking.

Excellant accomadation, fantastic bed, lovely bathroom. This is also amongst the quietest places we have ever stayed.
It has a swimming pool and a gym, comfortable outside seating, with a fire pit and bbqs.
We think most customers there arrive by there own car. We however arrived from the airport by taxi, having been travelling all day, two flights to arrive here. We asked at reception nearest place to eat and were directed towards town ( when I looked these up on the free wifi they were closing at 9pm) however it was 745pm. We waked across the road to the Holiday Inn Express to ask if they had a restaurant the receptionist said no but asked did we want a restaurant or fast food to which we replied we just want to eat something. She directed us out onto the road 200yds to the gas station and right. Where you can find Arbys, Mc Ds. ,Dunckin Donuts, Taco Bell etc.
Interestingly went into gas station and picked up a few beers, cashier required my husbands id, grey haired coming up 67yrs, she wasnt joking.
We walked into town about 35-40mins. We returned to the airport via a taxi kindly booked by reception.
Interesting to note the return taxi immediately rang up the $35 fixed charge to or from the airport. The taxi to the hotel had put his meter on and charge was $40.
We believe this is a great place to stay, just out of the madness of downtown.

My boyfriend and I came to Nashville for a wedding this weekend and were pleasantly surprised to learn that we were checking in on opening day! The check-in process was quick, staff was friendly, and our suite was spacious and extremely clean.
This location was conveniently less than a 10min drive from Broadway St and less than 5min from Germantown. Very reasonably priced and we'd definitely come back for another stay!

Hi CincyOh! I felt safe in this area, but then again I was in the area for business. I didn't walk around the neighborhood of the hotel. Drive on the main roads, and not on the beaten path. I can say that from driving through what appeared to be the Germantown section of the area, it looked to be going through gentrification.
We do not currently have a shuttle. However, our sister property which is the Fairfield Inn does have a shuttle that does run to downtown.
Most likely yes, since it is a big city! A simple Google search of "vegetarian restaurants near me" will show what's around.
