Detailed Reviews
This hotel is situated in midtown Nashville, just a short distance from downtown and a Chick-Fil-A. It is a relatively new establishment featuring a rooftop lounge, a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, and room service. Upon my arrival, there was no acknowledgment of my Diamond status benefits or acknowledgment at this location. The restaurant offered an impressive menu, including crab cakes, candied bacon, and hot chicken, along with expertly crafted cocktails; the Strawberry Spritz was delightful for vodka enthusiasts, while the Afro-Caribbean cocktail was a treat for rum lovers. The accommodations were modern, showcasing an exposed ceiling and a large television equipped with Bluetooth technology. My primary concern was that the service did not align with the luxurious ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, there was no clear explanation regarding the lodging fee listed on my receipt. Nevertheless, the total of $207.69 was justified, provided they enhance their customer service to match the hotel's elegance. I look forward to returning to this hotel during my next visit to the Nashville area.

FANTASTIC! My fiance' and I visited Nashville for the first time for a long weekend and, after doing some online research, decided to give the Cambria Hotel Midtown a shot. We are SO glad we did!
The hotel is pretty new, and it's basically spotless inside. Upon arrival we were politely checked in and received a text shortly there after welcoming us and letting us know to give the word if we had any issues. NICE!
The room we had was a 2 queen bed room on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious and perfect for the two of us. Bathroom had a large countertop area and the shower is big, too. The room had a closet and next to that shelving and drawers for storage as well as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. A room safe is also provide.
As for as location, it's pretty much as good as you can get. It was a 15-20 minute walk both to the Gulch and also to Honky Tonk Central, or a 8 minute or so Uber or Lyft, which cost about 10 bucks. There is also a few bars down the block from the hotel if you want to stay close. There is also an alcohol store just next store where you can get your adult beverages for the room.
The staff was great . We checked out on Sunday at 11ish, and Marden at the front desk held our luggage until we left for our flight around 430.
Overall, I doubt we could have found a better location or a better hotel. We will be back to Nashville one day, and definitely have no doubt we will return to the Cambria Midtown.

My wife and I really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant The Rux. The view of the city is incredible. Valet Wanda was kind and generous with helping us locate the restaurant and informing about the process of the valet from the location of the garage to the time it could take to receive our vehicle. Free parking for two hours when going to the restaurant.

The bed was comfortable. Beyond that, I don't have good things to say. Here's what we experienced.
1. The room given to us at check-in had a strong musty odor and the bathroom had a sewer smell. We asked to change rooms.
2. Our new room also had a musty smell (though not as bad as the other room). The television did not work properly. It kept freezing and blacking out.
3. The safety latch on the door was broken.
4. The bathroom door (a sliding pocket door) was so sticky that it would not close more than about half-way.
5. We were charged for three days of valet parking ($40/night) when in fact we only used one day.
6. In the restaurant, the chef refused to prepare a menu item for us! (Never happened to me before, ever.) The story. My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich which was supposed to be an egg on an english muffin. It arrived as an egg on toast. The waiter told us the kitchen was out of english muffins (he didn't tell us this when we ordered). My wife sent it back and asked for two poached eggs instead. The waiter came back and said "The chef says he does not have time to make you poached eggs." That was odd, especially since the menu included "eggs any style". A new low in customer service!

I want people to be warned of the potential headache that they're taking on if they choose to stay here. I went up with a friend on New Year's to celebrate the New Year and my recent graduation. During my stay, the valet parking mis-parked my car, resulting in it being towed, and made me go and pick my car up (via Uber, which I paid out of my pocket) and pay for the impound fee ($330). To compensate me for my trouble, they told me when I checked out that they would refund all of my hotel charges. I have still not seen a dime of the reimbursement that was promised me. Now, my car has been driving weird ever since, and I was just quoted $1500 to replace a part that was broken in the towing process. So a simple weekend getaway has now cost me an extra $2000, not to mention the stress during and after the trip. Hope this helps with which hotel not to choose in Nashville.

The view of the city skyline from the Rux restaurant on the top floor might have been my favorite part of the stay. The location in general is great because it's right next to a liquor store, a dance club (a must go to!), and lots of other bars and restaurants. The service is also for accommodating here. Grace was the first staff member to greet us and she really pumped us up to go out later in the evening. Overall can't beat it for the price point.

Gershon at the valet service was fast and polite! All staff I interacted with were very nice and had no issues during the stay. Room had a couple odd design choices ( like drawers and doors) but everything worked correctly and it looked very clean

The whole stay was great. Everyone was very friendly, especially Brittany! She went above and beyond with customer service. All of the luggage carts were in use and she offered to come help carry luggage down from our room. She brought our car from the valet and helped load luggage into the car.

We thought we had booked the Cambria hotel down near downtown and Broadway area. Turns out this one is a little bit further away, but still very nice. The hotel staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. There is breakfast available in the mornings with a fairly limited menu and moderate price. Later in the evening there is a rooftop bar, which was quite lively on Saturday night when we were there.

We had a wonderful three night stay. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly ( front desk, breakfast server, rooftop restaurant server and valets even though we didn’t have a car). The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent with plenty of room and great water pressure. We had a nice view of the city and there was no noise from the street. The elevators are very fast and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. The rooftop restaurant has an awesome view. We had dinner there one night and the food was delicious. The location was great for walking to various parts of the city. We walked everywhere and we never felt unsafe. You just have to be very careful crossing the street because there is a lot of traffic and they don’t always look for pedestrians. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
