We booked the West King Suite, it was very comfortable, loved the bathroom, loved the little sitting area, happy to have a refrigerator and the bed was super comfortable. Easy walk to all the nice restaurants on 12th Avenue South. Frothy Monkee has really good breakfasts, although seating is a little iffy but worth it for the food. Innkeeper John...

After several years of visiting Nashville to visit my college student, I discovered this "inn." It's sort of a hybrid between a B&B and hotel. Instead of eating in, you are given gift cards to use at the nearby Frothy Monkey. The room was very comfortable and spacious - I particularly liked the fireplace that you turn on with a...

We stayed at this B&B while in town for a long weekend. John the Innkeeper was super helpful and friendly and provided a number of recommendations for us to go listen to music and visit. My wife and I, along with another couple, had two of the rooms for the weekend. The beds were super comfortable. WiFi included along with...

I loved this Inn. John the Inn Keeper was so friendly and helpful with travel and places to go. The bed was so comfortable! We want one like it. All the little extras like throw blankets and facial wipes and full size bar soap was great. If/when I'm back in Nashville I will stay here again.

Our first night we stayed in the West End, but wanted something a little more local. We booked online after speaking with John and he was there waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us great advice and pointed us in the right direction on a number of things. The inn is in a quaint neighborhood of nice homes...

We won't have to hotel shop anymore after finding this charming four-suite inn just off 12 South and only 2.5 miles from downtown! We truly can't say enough nice things about the Inn. The bed is to die for (we nicknamed it "the womb") and the small touches by owners John and Bev are wonderful. The homemade coffee blend, creamer...

John was very welcoming & gracious, plus he gave some good tips (like the bus line to get downtown & that the green circle bus is a good free way to tour downtown). The king jr suite was tastefully & comfortably appointed, the bedding was very comfortable. The location is outside the bustling hub of downtown, but is a quiet...

This B&B is great! The inn is located in a revitalized neighborhood that is walkable and feels completely safe. A two to three block walk takes you to a renovated shopping and restaurant street with a lot of activity and varied eateries. The downtown area is about 2 to 3 miles away. The inn itself is well kept and quiet....

This is not a B&B - it's a place to stay. So if you like the facilities, interaction and advices that a B&B gives this isn't for you. Breakfast is a 10 minute walk away via a $10 voucher, which gets you a cup of coffee and a bun in a, admittedly, hip place. Otherwise it's in a great location...

I am sorry that your stay was not up to your expectations. We are not a communal B & B, where 6 to 8 people sit around a table for breakfast and have fellowship. These are the types of B & B's where you usually enter someones private home and you have a bedroom there. I understand some people like...

A few years ago we visited Nashville and stayed in a Downtown hotel a short walk to Broadway. As prices seem to have gone through the roof there we looked for an alternative and found 12 South Inn Suites. Best decision we made on our whole road trip. From the warm welcome we received from John the Innkeeper to the...
