We are Hilton Honors members and have grown to appreciate Home 2 Suites brand. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of time previously due to its location to the Nashville airport. The hotel is quiet and offers decent value for the money with a breakfast that is good.

One of the most important reasons we stay here is the proximity to where we park when we fly. We have found that parking at Executive Parking is the only way to fly in Nashville. Executive Parking will take you to and pick you up from the airport at a very reasonable rate. They are located 1/2 mile from this hotel on the same street.

A solid hotel choice.

I have mentioned before that we like Home2 Suites by Hilton and we try to stay in them when traveling because we accumulate the points and retain our diamond status. Then every so often we book a hotel stay for free with points when the dollar per point ratio is high so we get the best value.

We stayed here for one night as we drove from Memphis to Knoxville. As usual we booked ahead and checked in using the app and used the digital key.

We arrived about 5:30pm and went to our hotel room to get settled. The room was just as normal for Home2 Suites and works well for us.

After using the sink in the kitchenette a few times and it drained very slowly, we saw water coming out of the bottom of the dishwasher. We put a towel down and stopped using the sink in the kitchenette area. We let them know there was a problem when we checked out in the morning.

Overall this was a good stay considering the problem with the sink.

So we went to the Hilton app to pick our room for contactless check-in and I find no rooms with king sized beds. That's got to be a mistake I think because I always book a king, So I call them directly. Nope, they only have queen size beds in all of their rooms. We cuddled a little more than usual which was fine, and we both got mostly enough sleep for the two nights we were there. Our room was pretty clean but could use some maintainance or updating to the rusty towel bars on the vanity and in the shower. The armrests on the desk chair were also falling apart so it looks like they sourced from lowest bidders and haven't bothered tp pursue if some of the items might still be covered under warranty. Breakfast omeletes and muffins were mostly cold and kind of stale and one of the waffle makers was out of order. Other items were just ok..

One of the small things that made staying away from home for business more tolerable for long periods of time was coming back to a room that had been freshened up. A made up bed, trash emptied and fresh towels. It's disappointing that with the current labor shortage some hotels, like this one, aren’t offering these basic services yet are still charging the same or more than they did when this was normal. Not a fan of this business practice. They don't even offer Diamond Members like myself any other compensation. Probably going to look to other chains as I begin traveling more for work.

We booked our stay for 6 days at Home2 in Nashville at the Airport location to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary in Nashville. Once in the room we noticed the toilet had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Further it was not touch by the cleaning crew at any time during our stay. Numerous contacts with the front desk for towels, coffee, and trash removal was not received well. Wednesday the manager came to address the issue herself after we got off the phone with corporate. The gentleman at the front desk even went so far as to lecture us about letting them know 24 hours ahead of time if we wanted those services. The sticker on the bathroom mirror and our prior stays at Home2 suites didn’t need notice at all for a routine sweep during the week. We contacted the desk three different times during this stay and even called corporate twice. Returned today and the room still had not been touched by 3 PM. We were Hilton honors members and found this stay bad enough we left two days early with both management and corporate insistent on not letting us check out early and refunding us the two remaining days. Disappointing to say the least. We travel often and look for this brand. Now we will look for another brand that is customer service oriented and delivers on contractual obligations such as simple cleaning as described in their literature.

Very disappointing! We booked this hotel and didn’t get to stay there.
We called that we were going to be arriving late due to a delayed flight, they told us it was no problem and that our confirmation was confirmed.
Once we arrived, a rude employee came out before we could even make it out of the Uber and told us that they overbooked and we had to stay at a hotel down the street. No explanation, no apology, no previous email or phone call. We were left confused outside of the hotel at 1am.
We had to pay for another uber to get us to the next location and it took about 10minutes for someone to answer the lobby doors.
Very disappointed with this hotel and the whole experience! The manager will be receiving an email from me expecting some type of refund or compensation for the additional costs.

I apologize for your experience. We never intentionally overbook the hotel but in this instance there were unavoidable maintenance issues that caused us not to have rooms for all of our guests. You definitely should not have been treated rudely and we should have paid for your ride to the other hotel.

a dirty towel was left in our shower I found it before I got in. Then getting the beds ready there is only 2 pillows so I come downstairs and the girl tells me they are out of pillow but she can make me one with a comforter in a pillowcase 😳 2 pillows for a room that 4 people can stay in?
There was 1 towel in the room and no wash clothes! The fridge was HOT and on the coolest setting! But the girl downstairs was busy making flower arrangements 🫣

I was booked here through my employer for a few days stay. As I am beginning to see with other Hilton properties in this area, they renovate the lobbies and modernize them, but let the rooms suffer (rooms look like they were last updated in the early 90's).

I attempted to check in at 3:00pm and was informed by the staff that my room was not ready because they were in the middle of cleaning the carpets. Several people attempting to check in were told the same. I was given dining options in the area and told I could come back in an hour. After a 3 hour drive, I just wanted to check into my room. I was given a free bottle of water for my trouble.

I set up camp in the lobby and did some business work. An hour and a half later, I was told the room was ready. The rooms here are dated and in poor shape. They are HUGE, much like a small apartment with a living room, kitchenette (no stove) with big refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, dining table/chairs and a separate closed off bedroom. The room was dirty, with bits of debris, candy and dirt on the bedroom floor (it was just shampooed?) in the corners, and at the base of the furniture and bed. I pulled the mattress back from the headboard to reveal dried flower petals, lots of hair and other debris (see photos). The bathroom had poor ventilation, mold growing in the shower, pieces of ceiling coming off (water pressure that will take your skin off though) and RUST everywhere: the toilet paper holder, the towel bars, etc (photos). The fixture in the sink was loose and ready to come out of the basin vanity. Overall, staff was friendly, but outdated rooms in poor condition, poor cleaning. Would not stay here again.

This stay will be my last at Home2. The walls are paper-thin, and I barely slept due to noise. Teenagers were in the hallway most of the night yelling and slamming doors. Honestly, the door to the room was so ineffective at reducing sound that it was as if the door was wide open.

The noise was terrible. I have never paid so much to have such terrible sleep.

I am also not sure that the hotel cleans very thoroughly. I found hairs in the bathroom sink. This was immediately after entering the room, so the hair was not mine.

It was nearly impossible to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

And, as if that wasn’t enough, as my girlfriend and I were leaving, there was a used condom right next to my car.

I am sorry for your experience at our hotel. You experience surprises me in regard to the cleanliness. We work very hard to double inspect every room and I certainly will be looking into how this happened. I know we had some ball teams in house and I am sorry they were discourteous. We have security on site every night and we could have addressed that. Once again I am sorry that your experience was a negative one and we are constantly looking to improve our guests experience.

Decent location and friendly staff. I wish that they had the induction cooktop installed in the countertop instead of the portable cooktop. The breakfast could be improved: oatmeal packets instead of the disgusting caldron of lumpy oatmeal. Add muffins and granola/oatmeal bars. I had to check out early which caused a minor problem with the final bill. Diane stepped in and quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We took multiple Uber trips to downtown, opryland hotel etc. Trips were from $12-15 one way. Parking downtown can easily cost more than that and often won’t put you as close to your destination. Not to mention if you want to enjoy some adult beverages it’s a lot safer
