Beautiful, clean hotel, and rooms were great with comfy beds. Loved the location! We are avid walkers, so we loved the relatively easy walk to Broadway and surrounding areas of interest such as restaurants, honky tonks, and shopping. If you’re not a walker, the valets are great, especially Jack! He was so friendly, always accommodating, and our Johnny on the spot whenever needed.
All the staff, from check in to check out, as well as the restaurants staff, were so friendly, fun to talk to, efficient, and hard working.

This location is very convenient and is withing walking distance to social life. The facility is clean. The best part to me was the service in particular Kevin who is the overnight manager. Kevin personally brought extra towels to the room and was helpful with information about the local eatery. This is definitely a location I recommend and will visit again!

Stayed here recently for a business trip. The room was clean and everything was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well during my time at this hotel. The rooms have walk-in showers. The shower was fantastic - the water was nice and hot and the shower head had great pressure and full coverage. My only complaint is that there was a good amount street noise (even up on the 9th floor), such as sirens from emergency vehicles and trucks loading and unloading nearby. I would like to compliment Victoria at the front desk for her exceptional friendliness and professional customer service.

We stayed in this hotel for five days and four nights. We have stayed at Hilton hotels before and always have high expectations of them due to their great rooms and exceptional service. While the staff was friendly, we did not get that exceptional service this stay. When we first checked in, they asked if we wanted no contact housekeeping, which meant delivery of towels for the duration of our stay, or regular. We chose regular. We did not see housekeeping once during our stay.

Trash never got taken, we repeatedly had to get more toilet paper, and go downstairs for more towels. When we went to use the pool, we discovered there were no towels up there either. When we went downstairs to grab towels for our room, they only had the floor towels, claiming they had no clean bath towels. Meanwhile, we had a mound of dirty towels in our bathroom, waiting to be washed. Overall, very nice hotel, great location, but poor service.

We decided to stay at this location recently on our way back from our Florida trip. All their amenities including breakfast, pool, restaurant, and valet not offered right now. Room had last guest’s old tshirt still sitting on desk chair and toilet seat and bowl had poop splatters all over it! This led us to believe not much effort had been put into the cleaning of our room. I get that there are still covid protections going on in Nashville but if you are going to offer nothing and still charge customers $30 parking at a minimum they could at least have the room properly cleaned! I will be avoiding Hilton Garden going forward!

We requested clean towels every day, I never got them. We just took them from the pool. We were there for 4 days and 94° weather and the pool was closed one day for over five hours and then they would clean it on the other days during peak time. Our Room smelled like old cologne. It was our 46th wedding anniversary and our kids called the front desk and talked to all levels of management to see how they can send something special up to our room. They received no help from anyone. Sure do miss the good old days of customer service. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious and the location is ideal for walking into town.

I chose this hotel for location and prior experience with Hilton properties. I will never stay at this location again. I researched when booking and self parking was available only to arrive and you must do valet. We were told, oh we started that 2 days ago. The next morning, they had breakfast available, the next morning were told, 'we stopped that 2 days ago. give me 30 minutes and I'll put some out'. It was never offered again during our stay. They typically have water available in the lobby. that was never offered after the first day. The pool was not available even though not stated at booking that it was closed. Front desk staff was never accommodating and always an excuse.
Cleaning staff was accommodating when requesting the room be cleaned during our stay.

I was here for a 3 night stay. I splurged a bit with a corner city view suite. I choose Hilton Garden Inn Properties because as a Hilton Diamond Member, I get a real breakfast at no additional charge and they generally have a nice bar to watch a game, grab a sandwich and a couple of beers.
This hotel must be near a fire station.. I mean a very busy fire station and sirens work me many times.. (Not the hotels fault except sound proof windows would have helped) My corner city view room gave me a look into the neighbors balcony and somewhat of a view at a bridge with lights on it.
What really ended this for me was not that the sports bar was closed, not sign on the doors. It was the final straw of the restaurant also being closed with no breakfast offerings at all.. No Coffee, no muffin set up, no little brown bag with a piece of fruit, pastry, water bottle or whatever.. nothing. And it wasn't just that, but nothing was said on the website about EVERYTHING being closed. Nothing was said at Check-in about everything being closed. Funny, there was even a book in the room touting all the great amenities offered at this hotel. Now he is the kicker.. when I shared my concerns at the front desk, the response to me including an apology, was "They've been closed for over a year, I thought everyone knew that". Really... silly me. Maybe if I had been offered a rate reduction down to what the current rate is if booking today I may have stayed... we'll never know though.
Hello Doubletree Suites.. Now this is a hotel stay.

Short walk to Broadway but if you are looking for great BBQ, look no further than across the street at Martin's. Valet is $40/day so if staying for a few days perhaps look for parking nearby. Our room's AC was not fully functioning, and we asked to have it looked at twice to no avail, but we are not squeaky wheels so we just dealt with it. The Staff at the front desk was super friendly and would have moved us if we asked, but we had unpacked everything and settled in before we noticed, so we didn't ask.

We are loyal Hilton Garden Inn vacationers. We always look for one to stay in whenever travel and most times, we are not disappointed. This trip was the exception. Although we were greeted by two extremely nice people at the front desk when we arrived, the rest of the staff were not so helpful or accommodating. We were told upon checkin that housekeeping was complimentary but had to be requested. Our first morning there, we asked Mark at the front desk to have housekeeping attend to our room. He "made a note" of it. By that evening, our room had not been taken care of. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day, but they would see if they could get someone to come up, which eventually they did.The next day, we again asked Mark at the front desk to have housekeeping attend to our room. He made the same note as he did the day before. Mid afternoon, our room was not done and there were no housekeeping crew around to ask. We went back to Mark who said "we will see what we can do". a few hours later, the room was still not taken care of, we went back to the desk and spoke to a different person who said that they would send someone. We should not have had to ask 3 times.
Food. There is a bar with a very limited menu in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was ok, but took forever to arrive. In fact, on our last day there, we had to cancel our order after waiting 40 minutes for it because we had to get to the airport. There were many other places to eat with better options and service. For breakfast, they offer a buffet. It was inexpensive compared to other Hilton Garden Inns that we have stayed at, but the food was not very good. We would recommend walking a block to The Diner on 3rd Ave or Corner Bakery Cafe also a block away on 4th Ave.
The room was fairly recently renovated, so it had new carpet and wallpaper. It seemed to be comfortably clean. Other floors are being renovated during the day, so if you want to spend any time in your room, prepare for noise.
We reviewed this hotel through the link that Hilton had provided. We received a very generic response from the front office manager which is somewhat insulting.
There are plenty of hotels in the area, I wish we had stayed away from this one.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, and we are very sorry that you encountered issues with housekeeping service during your stay. I can understand how that would lean towards a less then favorable experience. I have also addressed the issue you had at our restaurant being delayed with receiving your food. I can assure you that is not our standard and we expect to give our guest timely service. Your comments that you have shared will be used to work with my team, and it will help us as we continually work to improve our guest experience. Please contact me directly at the hotel phone number if there is any way I can be of service. We hope to have the chance to have you as our guest again in the future. We would love the opportunity to have you enjoy our new & improved hotel and deliver the best service possible.
