Rusted tub Dirty bed room windows Dirty curtains False advertising as it relates to priceline promised full kitchen. And it is so called suite. 319.00 for three nights I would like a refund a credit.
The hotel is in very good condition having been remodeled recently. Our room was clean and well maintained as were the common areas and exterior of the building. The parking lot has very ample lighting at nighttime. Staff were very helpful and polite. All expectations during our stay were met or exceeded by the hotel and staff. The rooms were large, clean, and well equipped with ample storage for clothing during our long stay. Very good breakfast with good selections and well stocked. Only negative, bathroom and sink area are very small. We will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.
Helpful and friendly staff, free shuttle bus to Broadway, free parking, Great breakfast, Big spacious clean modern rooms, We had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend this place for snyone unsure about where to stay in Nashville. Thank you
I reserved two rooms for me and my coworker for a conference. Both rooms were reserved under my name. I called the day of our arrival to let them know my coworker would be checking in before I did and to please let her into the room. They then put her in the exact same type of room I had reserved and charged her the walk in rate for the room which was double of the reserved rate and cancelled one of the two rooms I had reserved. Total for my stay for 4 days was $527.39. total for her for the same room was over $1000. This was brought to the hotels attention and they were unwilling to correct it. Calls to corporate were met with, "we cannot do anything because this was booked through a travel site." We are from a non-profit social service organization and booked these rooms because of our limited conference budget. Will not stay again.…
We spent one night in late May and stayed in room 124, which is facing to the back; we got there early and it was nice to check about an hour and a half early. The room was nice (a bit on the small side), very clean and practical; the bathroom VERY small; we had hardly any room to leave anything by the sink. The water pressure in the sink was great, the toilet flush extremely loud, so was the AC. We had a good amount of outlets, Wi-Fi was good, the lobby was very nice and the parking lot well lit, yet on the small side. We heard constant slamming of the doors... Except for the young man working the morning of our departure, everyone was very nice. Breakfast was not well tended to; I had to go to the front desk to ask to have plates restocked; the eggs had run out...another trip to the front desk; there was only powdered coffee creamer (which is not a personal preference), but there were waffles and sausage patties. The pool was not open yet, as they were still working on getting the outside ready. Location is great; within walking distance to restaurants and The Grand Ole Opry Hotel. Yes, we would stay again.…
Stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was actually decent. Plenty of free parking and right next to a golf course/go kart track which can be walked to easily. I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe here. I would definitely stay here again.
BEST breakfast ever, such a variety for all dietary needs. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the rooms were clean with great water pressure. Close to so much we were able to walk everywhere. So close to downtown without the noise and traffic. Staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
Had money stolen from my room, I was the only one with a electronic key card other than employees, front desk refused to review entry data on the door software or review the cameras to see who went into my room while I was out. Front desk person, Heston, didnt at all act shocked about the incident, he made a fake phone Call to the manager, of course he did this out of sight, but told me he called, handed me a buisness card and said to email the manager. I have called everyday since my stay to speak to the manager, shockingly hes never there and will not return phone calls or emails. Filed a police report with Nashville PD whom stated they will investigate. Do not stay at this hotel! Also, there are groups of gangbangers who hang out in the parking lot, casing vehicles I'm sure. Its all on camera so this hotel cannot deny it. Contacted the Corp people, no response to date.…
Great beds. Good room. Decent shower. Nice lobby. Well-lit parking. Clean. Breakfast was OK, but even some hard boiled eggs would have make it ok-er. The breakfast IS extremely carb-rich and there wasn't much to help that. There were many selections though, so we could get on. There is no guest laundry. There is no outgoing mail. Do you know where there is a post box or post office? The desk simply said, "No."
The good: bed was comfortable, wi-fi was excellent, ac/heat worked good, plenty of hot water. The BAD: never ever, ever, ever, ever lot them put you in room 215. Whoever designed this room should have to live in it. First of all the door to the room and the elevator are side by side, not close but you have to stand at the door to get on or off the elevator. Every time anyone used it you could hear their conversation like they were standing next to your bed and if they were laughing or having a "good time" it was unbearable. Of course this went on most of the night until around 3:30 am and no way you can sleep during this, contsantly being woke up. Then the room itself is about half the size of a normal room, half of the room must have been used for the elevator. There is barely room for a bed and no chair to sit in, no table, no place to sit your luggage unless you place it on the chest in front of the TV. Two adults would have a hard time passing each other in the room and you have to sit on the bed to even put your shoes on. At one point there was a man at the elevator cussing that his room was all the way at the end of the hall, I wish I could have switched rooms with him, and it was loud but you could also hear and understand even normal conversations. I don't know if all floors have the same layout but check before being sentenced to the same torture I went through for the night. The room is on the front of the building and it has bright lights and the curtain would not cover the window and there was bright light shining through the corner so the room was lit up all night too making it look like daylight all night long. Beside room location and design the rest of the hotel was nice and no complaints. Because of these issues it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot. I left the next morning with probably less than 2 to 3 hours of sleep…
