This hotel was perfect for my visit. I was visiting for both personal reasons and for business as well. The location is just a short distance from downtown and an even shorter 2 minute drive to the BNA airport. The grounds are very well maintained. My room was very clean and it had both a microwave and a mini fridge BOTH of which I always need. I took a Lyft ride to Downtown Nashville because I was going to partake in the nightlife activities and the ride cost was less than $10 both ways. Everything located near by closes really early so if you're used to having 24 hour access to services just be aware you wont! There is a 24 hour Waffle House that is open right next door and it is super yummy but that is it. I would stay here again.

My family booked to nights with this location after having a great experience at other locations in Nashville and Memphis. This location was disappointing in its antiquated room decor, old sheets, tv problems, musty smell, all at a high hotel fee of about $132 a night. This location looks like an old Days Inn that they "took over". I wasn't pleased and maybe should have looked closed at the rating of 2 stars and the policy of being pet friendly. The photo model in thee advertisement didn't match my room 111, if management desires please go and compare. It doesn't match at all. Consider an major overhaul to upper management or the owners.

My family booked this room and upon checking in we found red spots on the walls of the bathroom that looked like blood. I initially thought it was red clay or stains but I was able to wipe it off with toilet paper and water. It made me really hesitant on how well they clean. My in laws room smelled like cat pee and my nieces room the shower wasn’t working. So we left and went somewhere else.

I booked on Price line which also was a mistake!! I paid for the room online before we arrived, the hotel charge us an additional $50 cash at check in, and when my husband complained the attendant began yelling saying he wasn't paid for the room it was pricelines fault and if he wanted to be cancel he would have to contact them. So my husband paid the $50. We get to the room it was dirty, the tables and surfaces were dirty, the shower, sinks tubs and toilet was not clean. The mini fridge and vents were filthy !! I called Price line which offered no assistance, the put me on hold and then hung up on me, they called back 2 times and dropped my call both times. I told them I had pictures, but they didn't want them, nor did they offer to send us anywhere else. This was on a holiday weekend, so we had to stay, because we couldn't afford to book another room. It is so sad that during this pandemic people would not do the basic things to protect their guest. I had to get bleaching and gloves and clean the room !! Just hoping there will be no bedbugs, I am so so upset

Stayed here with my family for 3 days, and was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Fairly close to downtown and an easy drive to the event which I was attending in town. Breakfast was provided, it there’s also a Waffle House next door, Walgreens pharmacy nearby, reasonably priced gas (unlike much of Nashville).
It looks as if the hotel has been recently renovated and had updated furniture.

Absolutely the worst stay ever. Found dirty thong panties in our room. Not one but two. Told the staff and they didn’t care. No coffee pots in room or in building. Found dirty used syringe in stairwell and drug paraphernalia outside room. Fridge didn’t work. Room was filthy and no one came to clean. Smoke alarm went off when I took a shower so staff came in and removed detector from our room. Did not replace.

I’m not sure what world the hotel in these pictures are in, but it’s not here. We were extremely disappointed and disgusted. The check in process was a disaster and took about an hour and multiple phone calls. The front desk also never answered the phone. The room was extremely dirty. It smelled like mildew and you had to keep the air on super cold the whole time otherwise the smell would take over and it would get super musky and humid. There was a wad of hair in my towel I went to use. The ironing board had disgusting stains all over it. You could hear everyone through the walls. Someone must have been smoking weed in one of the rooms next to us because our room smelt like burnt weed all night. It’s also not in a good area. This is a case of extreme false advertisement. The photos look nothing like what this place currently is. We had late checkout and room service came knocking on the door at 9:30. Normal Checkout isn’t even until 11. Very ghetto hotel. We paid over $400 for two nights so it’s not like it was even inexpensive.

This is a basic NO service motel. Overpriced for what you will receive. Not worth their nightly charge. This is a $100 per night property or LESS. There is NO Breakfast at all. There is NO coffeemaker in the room. Our room was “clean” but definitely has an odd odor (cleaning products?) that’s also mentioned by other guests. No consistent front desk person. The staff seem beaten down and irritated, most likely due to guest complaints. Property needs to either step up service or drop price or continued poor reviews will continue. Website also needs to be edited. Remove “Free Breakfast”. Remove coffee maker in rooms. It’s not N issue if you don’t say you offer it. Don’t lie and misrepresent what you offer.

Not happy with the price or quality. It appeared to be very old and it was noisy. The rooms, especially the bathrooms need renovation. In my opinion, after staying in many hotels while crossing country and back, it is way overpriced. Beware....$25 pet fee and there’s not even a pet exercise area with bags or trash cans.

We are reward members. At most Baymont we receive a small welcome bag with some water and snacks, but not at this one. Also the breakfast was sad, no eggs or meat like at the other Baymonts we have stayed at. The bed was very soft and the pillows were dead. We have stayed at nicer Motel 6s.
