This is our 5th year staying here over Thanksgiving weekend. We love the location. We love the free shuttle downtown. We love the lobby. Our room this time...was strictly average at best. There was obvious water damage to the left wall beside the curtain. Paint was bubbled and peeling. Over our 3 day stay, housekeeping only came to tidy our... More

FYI I have traveled every week for 16 years and this is the first negative review I have ever written. After reading reviews I wasn't expecting nothing extra. It actually turned out MUCH WORSE!!! I was on the 9th floor. Apparently the 10th is for banquets. At 4:00 am the staff started rolling in chairs and banging right above my... More

After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting much. But I arrived late in the evening and even though the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes, they took my order and brought me my food. All the people who work here are friendly and helpful. The room was fine. It was clean and quiet - all I ask from a hotel.... More

Liked the fact that it was out of the town centre as it was quiet . There was a free shuttle bus to get into the centre . The room was good and had all the amenities we required .I note that some reviewers are scathing in respect of this hotel and it is true that some areas are looking... More

I got this room through a Priceline instant booking deal sight unseen. That's my mistake. I'll start by saying the staff at this hotel is it's only redeeming quality. First impression, the lobby smells like sewage. The lovely gentleman that checked me in mentioned getting us a nice room. After reading all of these horrible reviews, I was relieved to... More

This hotel is on life support. I think the owner is waiting to get an offer from developers at which point it will probably be demolished. The carpet in the the foyer needs cleaning. The furniture in the room is old and worn the room smelled stale. After I made my reservation I was told a refrigerator and a microwave... More

After spending the previous night at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, we were expecting a really nice hotel. After all, the price was over a hundred dollars more per nite than the Embassy Suites. Yes the parking is free but the lot is huge. And the entire hotel's decor is stuck in the 70s. An adequate room but not worth... More

Better than the previous reviews I read. The room was clean and spacious. There was only one chair but that's okay. Bathroom spotless and more than enough towels. We enjoyed the bar and the local talent were playing and singing. All the Hotel employees were very friendly and very helpful. Everyone always spoke and asked if we needed anything. We... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Maxwell House Nashville. The hotel is very clean and updated. It is in a very convenient location and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The bed was comfy there were plenty of towels and our room had a wonderful view of the city lights. I definitely recommend to anyone!

I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
