I just returned from a long weekend stay. The hotel, for the most part, is quite nice. It's very clean and the personnel are all very friendly. Our room was on the 20th floor which turned out to be a good thing because there was construction on the library parking garage directly across from the hotel. Even that high up...

My husband & I visited Nashville for our anniversary and stayed at this hotel. My first impression was not that favorable. This employees behind the desk were in jeans & tee shirts. It was almost 5pm and we were told the room was not ready but it could be cleaned really quick. We asked to be put on the concierge...

I made a mistake on the final rating of this hotel and clicked the wrong key! My sincere apologies to management! This is a great hotel. We always stay here because it is so convenient to everything. I would highly recommend it.

I stayed at the Renaissance last week and in my haste to go home I forgot to do a last sweep of my room. Nonetheless, I forgot to look in a few drawers. I contacted Loss Prevention and Dakota assured me that he had my belongings and would ship them out as soon as possible. Thank you Dakota! The staff...

Wonderful staff. Chelsea and Deborah in the Concierge lounge were fantastic. Really helpful and very nice. Room was very comfortable. Sheers were soft and pillows were good. I didn't love the lobby - too busy and not comfortable, but I guess this is more of a convention hotel so not meant to be warm and fuzzy.

From the moment we checked, to the moment we checked out we had stellar service and a wonderful stay. The staff is courtesy, helpful, incredibly friendly and respectful. There is a free shuttle to take you any where you'd like to go within a certain radius. You won't really need many rides as the hotel is located a nice little...

We stayed at this hotel for a concert at Bridgestone and to visit local attractions. The location is very convenient. The hotel was quiet despite being busy and the service was great. Breakfast was also good.

I stayed at the Renaissance Nashville last weekend for a bachelor party. Stacy Castelli was very helpful before and during our trip. She handled me very well while I called, asking about potential for platinum suite upgrades. Upon check-in, she immediately recognized my name - a huge bonus for anyone in the hotel industry who talks to hundreds of guests...

I received a phone call from Dakota, the "Loss Prevention Officer". Dakota explained that while housekeeping (specifically Oscar who is amazing!) found my sunglasses after I checked out. I didn't realize that I had left them behind. These were not your ordinary sunglasses, but prescription sunglasses! Dakota offered to send them back to me right away. I received them in...

We hosted a lounge at the MusicBiz Conference and I wanted to highlight the staff who were incredibly helpful to me and my team and supported us in creating a successful event. Renah, Soheir, and Mary were really great to work with and very helpful and nice. They ran our coffee station like champs! Big shout out to Lauren &...
