Beautiful hotel in the perfect location to Broadway. The staff here is great. I left a few items behind in my hotel room and Jeanette from security was able to locate my items and ship them back to me! Highly recommend staying at this hotel! I will be back :)

Beautiful hotel, outstanding service from everyone from the bellman to the check in to the servers in the restaurant. Hotel was very attractive, clean and well located. You could walk to everything. We had a car and never used it. The breakfast that came with our room was too good. Unlike other included breakfasts, it was appealing, thoughtfully prepared and...

Everyone who works at this hotel is customer focused. We are there at least twice a year on business and they are consistently good. I love all the seating areas where I can quickly check email or just relax between meetings. Mel & Jenna at the Bridge Bar are so friendly. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, history, and of...

This hotel is setting the standard of hospitality in Nashville. The staff is stellar and goes above and beyond guest needs. The concierge lounge is outstanding and the selection of food and drinks is great. The gym has a great selection of workout equipment and is clean. There's a public parking garage across the street on 7th and Commerce and...

My daughter and I stayed at the Renaissance Nashville over St. Patrick's Day. Great location, comfortable hotel - walkable to everything, But - the best part - I left my wallet in the in-room safe and did not remember until I was at the airport. Luckily I had my global entry card in separate spot. Called the hotel - I...

Valet parking is $40 at this hotel equal to downtown New Orleans. The rooms have been refurbished in a European Art Deco style which quite frankly does not suit the city. The towels are thin and cheap. The shower faucet was quite old and difficult to handle. Most alarming was the fact that at 8:30 am I heard a light...

Had a King room on the 18th floor, great view, beautiful room. Very modern decorating, very clean, very comfortable with the exception of the pillows on the bed, we were not very happy with them. Otherwise, I can't say enough great things about the hotel. Beautifully decorated, friendly helpful staff, quiet rooms, etc. We enjoyed the lounge as well, excellent...

This hotel is within walking distance to all downtown nightlife in Nashville. I felt very comfortable walking everywhere. This hotel has a Starbucks and very close to Panera bread. It is on the backside of the strip so it is quite.

Stayed for 4 nights during a business meeting. Had a King room on the 21st floor facing Commerce St. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. My room only had a shower ... no bathtub ... but not an issue for me. Best part about this hotel was the proximity to Broadway, where all the action is. 4...
