Very clean, modern hotel. I appreciate the friendly helpful staff, and the on-site Starbucks. Very convenient location. My room was comfortable and the shower pressure was strong and the water was hot, which is appreciated after a long day of work. Beds were very comfortable and room was quite clean. Was here on business and the conference facilities are excellent.

JH_10999, thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Renaissance with the TripAdvisor community. I am glad to hear that you found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Making sure the little things like the water pressure being good and hot mean a lot to us, and we are pleased to hear that we met...

The best things about my trip were my server at the restaurant and the nice person who brought my room service order. I'm sorry I didn't make a note of their names. When checking in I was asked if I wanted an upper or lower floor, which I appreciated. I had a 15th-floor room with interesting views over downtown Nashville....

My work laptop has been having wifi issues and I had to be able to connect to check emails during my trip. I noticed the rooms here did not have a wired connection for computers. I called the front desk and they sent me Khalil from the engineering department. He brought me this little wifi gadget I could use during...

Rhachel G was the most pleasant bar server I have ever come across What a pleasure she was for our group. She was spot on for all our drinks and food. Never had to wait very long for anything. Gave us hopeful tips to get around Nashville.

I hate to write a review that is negative, so I will start with the positive. It is a pretty hotel, convenient to everything you want to do in Nashville. However, there are many pretty hotels, conveniently located in Nashville, so we will be picking different one from now on. I'm disappointed in the lack of service from this purported...

We just stayed one night to attend the Predator's hockey game. Hotel has a great location in the hear of Nashville and only 1 1/2 blocks from Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is average but we had a 19th floor room so the views were nice. The concierge was a little cramped and stayed crowded with families (it was spring break...

From the moment I drove up, I was in good hands. The valet parking pull up was very full so we decided to park in the deck across the street. I phoned the hotel to see if I would be allowed to roll a luggage rack across the crosswalk that connects the hotel to the library parking deck. Bruce went...

I recently returned from my NSTA conference in Nashville. Service from beginning, during, end, and even afterwards was phenomenal. I especially want to highlight the OUTSTANDING service of Mr. Jimmy from security. I left a very precious and important item. He made it his business to find that item and have it sent to me for free. I pray God...

It is unfortunate because my family and i used to like staying here. We were once offered a suite when traveling with my 2 kids at no charge.
