We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Definitely a “motel” type feel to this location, many separate buildings and rooms are entered from the outside, not a main corridor.
Our room was dark, and damp-feeling, perhaps because it was located at the back of one of the buildings. I would say that our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The layout, and especially the kitchenette are ideal, especially if you are planning a longer stay.
The free breakfast was good, and offered lots of options.
We didn’t receive housekeeping the entire time we were there, even though we requested it. My husband inquired and was told that we “opted out” of the every second day of housekeeping offered, but daily housekeeping is my preference, and I never would have opted out!
Location was convenient to the airport, and a short Uber ride to downtown.
Overall, this hotel/motel is average. Staff (the very few of them that we actually saw) were pleasant and helpful.

Noisy street, bring earplugs. I was picked up quickly at BNA. Room ready for checkin at 12:00, on Elm Hill Pike side was not easy to sleep. Clean grounds, lobby and room. We Go public transportation route 18, on Elm Hill Pike, bus stop to downtown 1 block away. No sidewalk on other side of Elm Hill Pike, return trip-hazardous walking.

Our hope is that all our guests experience a relaxing and peaceful stay, and I am very sorry that this wasn’t your experience. We appreciation your recommendation of ear plugs and will look into providing them to rooms that might be affected by the traffic on Elm Hill Pike. Thank you for noticing the improvements Nashville has made by adding a sidewalk to our side of Elm Hill Pike last year. We look forward to more improvements the city has planed to make us more pedestrian friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful ,room was pretty decent, breakfast was same as you would buy from a gas station's hot sandwich case and about as tasty. BUT a $7.00 parking fee to park in front of your room? Not a garage, not valet, but a random spot in their parking lot. Was going to stay again on our return through Nashville, but chose a different hotel that won't pile on the charges. I dinged the service rating because of this....

Nice rooms, clean, well appointed, quick check in and out. The hotel registration is on the 6th floor and the signs are confusing because you can only access the building from the parking garage (COVID restrictions), and the AC hotel shares the same front desk. Front desk personel were friendly and professional.

Parking is $32.00 a day by valet only but my valets, John and Haley, did a great job in that they were quick, friendly, and very helpful with directions and information.

Overall good value with a central location within walking distance of all the sites.

Like many people I had business in Tennessee and needed to stay near the airport for an early flight the next day. I've done this many times, but this was my first try at this Residence Inn. Sorry to say, this is one ugly nasty, practically derelict property. It's how I imagine one of those low rent chain motels would be like if I ever stayed at one.

Everything was so desperately tired, dated and old. The layout of the complex was just annoying, and your choices are to have a ground floor room with people milling around outside your window 24/7 or take a top floor but have to drag your suitcase up two flights of stairs because there are no elevators.

The room was already overpriced by at least 50%, given the quality of the accommodation and compared to other properties I've stayed at near the airport, and then they had the audacity to charge me $7 plus tax to park my rental car.

When I arrived, I opened the door and a fly buzzed past my head, and I was greeted with a general depressing funky smell. This kind of set the tone for my entire stay. I sat on the cheap and uncomfortable bed and gave serious thought to booking myself a different hotel. But in the end I just couldn't be bothered to go and tell the manager why I was leaving and ensure I would be refunded. It was a long day, and I just wanted to have dinner and go to bed.

In fairness, the room was very clean, but that didn't stop it feeling old and dirty because of the strange smell and appearance.

Being on the ground floor meant keeping the curtains on the two tiny windows closed to ensure privacy. So it was just old depressing mismatched artificial lighting.

The TV looked fairly new, the Internet worked and was okay. The shower was warm and fast, but the bath tub was all scraped up and stained from age.

The problem with this hotel is even if it were totally renovated, the floor plan is just dumb, the layout is annoying. There's a weirdly narrow corridor connecting the powder room and bathroom to the rest of the 'suite'. Given the enormous number of choices in a 10 mile radius of the Nashville airport, it's hard to see how this hotel would ever earn a repeat customer. There are so many better options to choose from, which is precisely what I'll be doing on my next trip to Tennessee, later this year.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for one night prior to flying out of BNA. Thank goodness it was only one night! Jewelry was found left in the room, the tile portions had not been swept -bathroom and entry way. There was even a pill in the floor! No extra sheets were in the room for the sofa bed. I walked to the office and was told they had no pillows though. The queen sized bed was soft and uncomfortable. The room also smelled strongly of spicy food. I could have handled that, however, the uncleanliness was totally unacceptable. The gentleman working the desk credited us $20. We will not be staying there ever again although the proximity to the airport is great.

NOT the hotel for Bonvoy Elite Members. Of 186 units, only 6 have primary windows (near to the bed) facing the very busy and noisy Elm Hill Pike. I was stunned to find that as a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, they had assigned me one of those 6 rooms. The rooms were last updated sometime in the '90's and the exercise equipment, crammed into a too-small "fitness center" may be even more dated. The hotel was clean enough and the staff cordial - but this was my first and will be my last stay at this hotel.

This is the worse Marriott property I have stayed in. We were “upgraded” to a room because of our Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium Elite status. The room was on the furthest edge of the property and the outside light was not working i asked to have it repaired the next day and 4 days later it was still out There were no lotions etc in the room and there was a used coffee filter in the coffee pot The TV screen kept flashing welcome to names that were not ours. We were supposed to have housekeeping every other day. When they didn’t show up I called and was told they would come next day. That day, someone came at 5 pm just as we were getting ready to go out.

"Free" breakfast is terrible; all pre-wrapped food like from Kroger's. Lazy employees. Rundown rooms. Maids left their popcorn on the floor and removed all towels. Marriott should pull their flag and rebrand it as Motel 6.
