This hotel was great!! Super friendly receptionist at check-in, very clean, classy and even had my favorite coffee and creamer 24/7. Their Breakfast was awesome!! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!!

There was a side door, off of the parking lot on the left side of the building (when facing the facing from the front). You can enter through there with your room card -- there is a card reader for access.
