We love this KOA. Located beside Patriot Park and within walking distance to the Old Mill and its shops. Back roads take you to The Island and numerous shops including Ole Time Pottery. Great sales going on for Christmas and the decorations are beautiful everywhere....More
This is our first stay at a KOA. It felt like a family owned campground rather than a chain. The park was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in a 2 room camping cabin-it was clean & smelled fresh. Loved the...More
We prefer more woodsy campgrounds but we had a good view of Patriot Park.
Staff was friendly and lots for children to do here it appears. Convenient to Old Mill and trolley which we utilized for only 50 cents each way.

There are a lot of tent sites along the creek as well as the fence line at Patriots Park. When we were there, there weren't a lot of tent campers and they appeared to be pretty well spaced out. I'm sure it's just the luck of the draw. If there are a lot of tents, then they might space them in there pretty tight. We enjoyed the area - was very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. The trolls stops right at the entrance to the KOA. I'm sure you'll have a great time.

"River view areas and cabins are best, although areas overlooking patriot park are decent too, and quiet."
