As our cabin we had rented burned in the Gatlinburg fires, we scrambled to find a 2BR at a decent price and ran across Riverside Towers. We were more than pleased with the motel. Our room overlooked River Road and the Old Mill Restaurant/Patriot Park. It is in a very good location, a quick walk to some great shops and...

Granted it is an older hotel but we have stayed there twice in the last year and both times the room we had were always clean. Friendly staff. Will stay again. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Seems to be family owned and operated

We have stayed at Riverside Tower on several occasions. The two bedroom suite is very comfortable with kids or another couple. The King Suite is perfect for a romantic getaway as well. I am pretty picky when traveling. This place is always clean and decorated nicely. Smells amazing too. Great rates and friendly staff. I would recommend to families or...

This is our second stay at riverside towers. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Our car broke down and we made it back to the motel with it. While we were working on it in the parking lot the maintenance man came out with tools and offered to help. Will b staying here again in near future

I stayed here December 11-13th for a little getaway out of town. I've stayed here a few times and they don't disappoint. I hadn't stayed here in about a year so figured I'd do an updated review. As usual, the single king room with jacuzzi tub was very roomy and clean. Good water pressure, safe and quiet. It was cold...

This was our first time staying here. We will stay again for sure. We had 7 in our family and need 2 rooms. We shared the balcony so we could still be together. The way the rooms are laid out it is nice. 2 bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. We ask for the Old Mill side and it...

This hotel has family suites where there are 2 separate bedrooms with a bathroom between as the divider. The kitchenette is handy and great views from every room in the place. I have stayed here annually for the last 15 years for this reason. Easy to get in and out of using Teaster Lane. Very reasonably priced, which is likely...

This used to be our place to go, but the last few times we have stayed they have been the same price, and no updates have been made, and it needs a update. Rooms are clean, desk staff isn't very friendly, maids are very kind.

First time we stayed at the Riverside Towers. It was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Loved the layout with two different sleeping areas. Close to all the attractions! Will stay there again when we are in the area!

I have stayed at Riverside Towers twice and I have reservations for the middle of November. We are super-excited! The staff is wonderful and the rooms are awesome! So looking forward to our stay! The pool is also a plus to have. The rooms have always been clean and there is a lot of room for a family! We really...
