Some amenities were not available as the property was under remodeling in their offseasons. Friendly staff, clean rooms, prompt service. Free breakfast was good, but could offer more seating with multiple events going on in the area.Would recommend!More

I'm not sure what the issue is because your question or all that I see of it doesn't explain why you are concerned. I looked at reviews and am guessing perhaps bed bug issue. We stayed in August for a night and it was fine. Food for kids was free, pool area was nice though too much chlorine... And the rooms, while big were not as sparkly as some or most Holiday Inns --- however there are a lot of hotels in that area. If you are uncomfortable with something you saw or read. Change hotels. I can't imagine it would be that busy there at this time of year....
