Great place to stay that is very affordable. Staff very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The indoor pools and slides are also helpful for children during the cold months. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you didn't have transportation

The property on the outside doesn't look bad, it's in a good location near the outlet mall. Family get together so booked by our retired parents. The rooms are large enough but why is it so dated when you have such a large mass of units that stay full, and are part of a huge hotel chain owned by Wyndam?... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, however it appears you stayed at Wyndham (as you mention in your review) and we have no association with them, nor are we a large mass of units. We also have updated all our units this past February and had our carpets in all units shampooed prior to Thanksgiving. Again,... More

Great place, kids loved the outdoor pool (and indoor) We visited in Nov. and the pool was heated and still great for a dip after spending the day at the nearby (30 min.) Smokey Mt. Greg, one of the managers was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed in a one bedroom condo with a fireplace. We love the convenience of having a kitchen where we can eat whatever meals we want to in the room. We ate breakfast and supper in and ate lunch out while we were shopping, etc. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We have been staying here every November for... More

I planned a Birthday surprise for my husbands 50th birthday. We were a little worried when we pulled up and seen a very large and dingy sign that to us reduces the feeling of quality "nightly condo rentals" If I were looking for a hotel-resort for the night I would have drove by. That being said we were very happy... More

Went down for the weekend with some friends who have not stayed there before. They came away with the same thoughts we have had since visiting Pigeon Forge that this is the only place to stay when visiting. We had made a request and staff called a couple of days in advance of stay and made it happen. Angel was... More

We are a family group of 5 ladies who make an annual pilgrimage to Sevier county to shop. We stay at the condo because there are two bedrooms/ two baths with a kitchen. This year our condo was smaller because it was an all queen suite.

Rooms were nice, condo with a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. There is a small indoor waterpark with 2 slides, hot tub, and pool. Unfortunately the heater in the pool was not working and it was like stepping into a tub of ice water. It would have been nice to know upon checking in.

Stayed for 5 days in early November. While this is a bit of a "value priced" property, the property and amenities were very nice and exceptionally clean. The service is also exceptional - during check in I had several last minute changes and Greg at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient. Would definitely stay here again.

I was concerned pulling in, with a huge "Nightly Condo Rental" sign on the side of the building. Looked a bit cheap and desperate, as a "resort" I would think those staying would book in advance, and not come off the road for a nightly room. However, I was impressed with the pools and the air trampoline, along with putt-putt... More
