Great location in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our spacious room and full kitchen and appreciated the wonderful, friendly staff. Jackie was especially helpful at the front desk and on several occasions went beyond the call of duty to accommodate us as guests.

Great place to stay! The water parks are fun for children and adults. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is limited room service. An additional fee is charged for daily bed making and vacuuming. We have traveled a lot, but have never encountered this. It's not enough to keep us from returning for another stay. Our son...

When we arrived to check in they was running behind and SEVERAL families were waiting for over 2 hrs to check in.we only had to wait 20 min but we didn't get the room we reserved. The reason they have was the didn't have a large staff and could not handle all the check outs that had left. Rooms were ok,...

We've stayed here before while on family vacation, but not likely to stay again. It was almost 6:00 when our we were finally able to get into our room, after begging and explaining that I had an hour to get 5 people ready do our dinner reservations. The room was clean on the surface, but the telephone was filthy and...

I actually went to car got a screwdriver and screwed it back on. (To me not a deal breaker it happens when you think how many have used itbut...

Everything was clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to take away trash and dirty towels. We had a 2 bed room 2 bad suite. There are two possible views I recommend one not facing the pools due to noise factor. We had a full kitchen and Wal-Mart is within a 5 minute drive. Close to area restaurant and tanger...

This hotel was super clean with lots of swimming and fun for the kids as well as being close to tanger outlet and great dining! Saved money with the onsite waterpark and fully equipped kitchen for lunch preparation without having to hit the town for every meal. Staff was super friendly and efficient!
