For Christmas, our sons each gave us a night at this beautiful bed and breakfast. What a wonderful experience! Log cabin, wraparound porch, expansive views, quiet, secluded. George and Anita were gracious hosts, attentive to everyone's needs. Breakfasts were filling but not overwhelmingly so, with great flavor. One evening, one guest mentioned that she'd never had grits, so Anita whipped... More

This was our 3rd visit to the B&B and it was fabulous as always. Gets better every time. Clean, smoke free, beautiful! Room are large and comfy. Private bathroom and air/heat control. Just 3 bedroms so small and friendly. Our hosts are warm and friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious and Anita will accomadate any food issues. The... More

This B&B is great getaway from it all, Anita and George make you feel right at home. The breakfasts are very good and nightly sweets to enjoy. Cabin is secluded on top of a mountain. We are looking forward to visiting again.

This is a beautiful log home B&B in a beautiful location. We went last Dec. and it was decorated with a huge tree! We are returning soon for a second visit. Wonderful hosts and terrific breakfasts. An easy drive to Dollywood and all the other attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We felt so welcome by Anita and George it was as if we were part of their family! The B&B was beautiful. Like being in a log cabin. The room and bathroom were large and the bed was so comfy! Anita's breakfasts were the best. We can't wait to return!

WOW! Beautiful home; stunning views; delicious breakfasts and desserts; awesome hosts. The only bad thing about Quail Run Inn is that I didn't want to leave the property! We were there the first week in September to visit the Smokey Mountains and Anita and George provided us with info and hints to fit our needs. The best B&B I've ever... More

I truly don't know where to start to write all the wonderful things about this B & B! The location is awesome, the house absolutely beautiful and the innkeepers are gracious hosts. The house is spotless and very nicely decorated without being overdone. And what can we say about the breakfasts....they were positively delicious! Also good were the cookies and... More

This may not be our absolute favorite rural B&B -- that would be the wonderful Casa Blanca in tiny San Antonio, NM -- but it's close, and to be in the conversation at all marks it as a terrific place to spend a couple of nights. It's waaaay out in the boonies; access is via a steep, winding driveway that... More
