Detailed Reviews
Firefly Acres was a very relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the cute, cozy cabin which was perfect for a couple. The view of the pasture with the horses was very peaceful. The cabin was very clean. The porch has two lovely rocking chairs. We enjoyed the cards and games provided as well as viewing the fireflies in the evening. Felt very private and no loud noises. About a 30 to 40 minute drive from Fall Creek Falls State Park and Burgess Falls State Park. Walmart is about a 15 minute drive northward in Sparta, TN. Overall a very memorable, relaxing stay!!

The cabin was very clean, quaint, well-equipped, and very private. The property was peaceful and lovely. The fireflies were present in full show at nighttime. The area is gorgeous with several State Parks that feature beautiful waterfalls amd hiking trails. We felt welcome and at home.

Just lovely. We only stayed one night whilst traveling cross country, would’ve loved to stay longer. Victoria is so friendly and the cabin is adorable. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch with such a pretty view. The cabin is clean and fully outfitted. There’s even a collection of games, books, and dvds

We stopped for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.. this farm is gorgeous and in close proximity to so many great places. We came to explore Cumberland Caverns and hope to come back soon to the many parks. Cabin was comfortable and clean. Best part was morning coffee on the deck watching the horses. Can’t wait for our next visit!

FireFly Acres is just a gorgeous place to stay, The view is spectacular! There are a variety of cabins from which to choose. Our cabin is sort of mid-size I guess. It has one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in away from home. The cabin is well stocked, and hosts Bambi & Pete are eager to make guests comfortable.

Firefly Acres! I can't say enough about this hidden gem!
We were looking for a cabin to stay in while visiting the Falls Creek Falls State Park and found this wonderful place. There are 4 different cabins on this beautiful secluded horse ranch. We stayed in the Tool Shed. The décor was amazing with, unexpected gems everywhere you looked. It had super comfortable beds, a small kitchen, bath and a wonderful covered deck overlooking the horse pasture. If all that wasn't enough, the Owners, Pete and Bambi were amazing! After a wonderful day hiking we called ahead and let them know we wanted to have a fire. When we returned, the fireplace in the pavilion was all ready to go, all we had to do was light it and enjoy!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stay here.
The only thing we didn't do was try Bambi's cooking. Next time we defiantly will, the local town doesn't have many places to eat so I would not waste my time looking again. If she cook's as well as they run this place, I am sure it would be amazing as well!

It was a last minute decision when my husband found this place on air non. It had positive ratings. The owners were friendly and courteous. We stayed in the cabin called the toolshed. It was very rustic and cozy. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much that we cannot wait to come back next time.

We were late making reservations for our vacation lodging and tried to book a cabin at Firefly Acres. The cabin we wanted was already booked, but, Pete and Bambi went the extra mile to email us and tell us that they had a different cabin available. They said, it's kind of set up like a motel room, but, it should be comfortable for our stay. They were oh, so right. The "Tool Shed" was so much more than any motel room could be! It had everything we needed for the week that we stayed, plus the setting is as good as it gets! The cabin is set on a horse ranch. Calm, quiet, and beautiful. They provide facilities to cook on, entertainment possibilities, and all the creature comforts of home. Bambi is highly visible during the day, manicuring the grounds. Pete and Bambi both were very attentive to our needs. Some of the other pluses found at Firefly Acres is the open-air pavilion, fountain and other amenities geared toward wedding, anniversary, family reunion and the like. We can highly recommend a stay at Firefly Acres...Especially in the Tool Shed.
