Our second visit, the first in over a dozen years. It was as amazing as we remembered The view is unequaled (the drive up is an experience !), the rooms are amazing and the food is impeccable. You cannot find a more beautiful and impressive place. Kathy has set the standard for B&B's everywhere. We WILL be back!

This was our first trip to the Smoky Mountains and our first stay in a Bed and Breakfast. Kathy has created a little piece of Heaven in her mountaintop home, which she so graciously shares with her guests. The views were breathtaking! We loved sipping our coffee, watching the sunrise and sunset across the mountains. The food Kathy prepared for... More

This place is like no other place I have ever seen . I found it by chance on a B&B search . The pictures do not even tell you half the story . Kathy the Inn keeper is amazing also . She gives you your privacy , but if you need anything she is very helpful . She's the perfect... More

From the moment we arrived, the stay was wonderful! We stayed in the Roman Holiday room, and it was immaculate. The home, grounds, scenery and overall ambience was like nothing we have experienced. Kathy was the highlight of the trip. She takes such pride in the Gracehill B&B and it is very evident throughout the experience. She is kind, knowledgeable... More

We stayed in the Casablanca room and simply adored our stay! If you appreciate antiques and beautiful architectural details, this is your kind of place.Kathy is very thorough during the check-in process and is devoted to making each guests experience truly one of a kind. It's imperative to ask her about the birth of the Bed & Breakfast. The thought... More

Indescribable, so I'll steal some familiar lines from song lyrics and common use. Here goes. "Location, location, location!" From the top of the mountain "you can see forever." You will experience "the colors of fall and the fragrance of spring." If you were to visit Gracehill in the absence of the innkeeper you would miss the best Gracehill has to... More

Words cannot express the pleasure I had at this charming B&B. When I first pulled off the highway and started to climb the steep driveway I thought to myself, "What have I got myself into?", but all apprehensions quickly disappeared when I saw the house and walked up onto the veranda. The pictures cannot do the home and location justice;... More

I happened upon this place by pure accident. Not easy to find by just googling if you don't know what you're looking for. Seems like tripadvisor makes it difficult for these independent owners in terms of search criteria. It's a shame though. More people should know about this place. I traveled for 3 nights to Gracehill with my adult son... More

Everything about Gracehill is amazing! A beautiful home nestled high in the mountains with the most breathtaking views anyone could ever imagine. Our hostess, Kathy, did not leave out anything. Our room was extremely nice from the fresh cut flowers, luxurious bed linens, bath amenities and a beverage/snack bar. Our fabulous breakfast served each morn on an open porch w/view!... More
