This home is so beautiful and tastefully decorated, the breakfasts outstanding, the views from the porches breathtakingly gorgeous and the innkeeper so thoughtful and kind...we just wish we had more than two days to spend there. A five star experience!

I have NEVER seen a place so beautiful in my life. This trip was a surprise to me from my boyfriend and I can say it's the only place I've ever been that has ever made me cry because it's so beautiful. The location alone was breathtaking with panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. We truly felt like we were...

This is a fabulous place and we had a excellent experience. Went to Townsend with my sister to do some hiking in the mountains. The service is excellent and starts the moment you arrive and doesn't stop. Kathy, the innkeeper is the perfect hostess. Not only did I feel very welcomed, but have also made a new friend. I have no other words to decribe Gracehill: SIMPLY MAGNIFICENT! From the minute we arrived, we were treated like family. Everything was at our disposal. The tour of the grounds, the rooms and the veranda was spectacular. I felt like royalty in the gorgeous Roman Holiday suite. My teen-age daughters adored the Casablanca with their private patio. Kathy knows all...

We had some trouble getting to our destinatiom because of cancelled flights. Kathy was most helpful in figuring out our options and was absolutely welcoming when we finally did arrive. First thing you notice is the great view, the best first impression you can get from the smokeys. Sunset alone is worth the visit! The rooms are comfortable, nice linnens...

The owner was very warm and inviting. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything met our expectation. The breakfast was great. The icing on the...
