We used cabin #3 over a long weekend and everything was very good!
Great layout for a family of 5. (All adults)
Main floor had kitchenette/family room combo with bedroom that had a king size bed and full bathroom #1.
Family room had table with 4 chairs, a sofa, and gas burning fireplace. (Fireplace came in handy to take the chill off cool TN evening). The kitchenette was small but included full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, dish's etc.. (Coffee maker was ground drip plus a toaster.
The star of the main floor was the wrap around porch with table, & chairs overlooking the scenery of the lake and marina. The porch was open to the sides but the roof covered the porch that we thought would come in handy in the event of bad weather you are able to still use outside.
The top floor was a roomy loft and two twin beds.
The bottom level was sleeping area 2 with queen bed, full bathroom #2 and washer/dryer.
There were also some charcoal grills that we took advantage of.
The cabin also overlooked the Lake House Grill that looked like a great outdoor dining experience on the water but was closed for the season.
Great location with less than 7 minute drive to many food options, grocery or beer/liquor stores.
Beautiful wood work including ceilings throughout that gave that cabin feel. (Reminded me of many of the ski places we have used in Vt.)
As a side note my in-laws family had cabin #4 and instead of wrap around deck they gained a lot of inside family room and kitchen space. (The kitchen was huge and combined group of 11 had no problems sitting inside after the night chilled off.)
Between the combined 11 adults staying at the property everyone rated a no problem repeating visits to the cabins again because we had a blast and felt like it was the VRBO commercial of making memories that will last a lifetime.
Only negative was swimming access is not person friendly because there is rip rap rocks between the back lawn and lake that looks difficult to impossible to get into the lake.

We rent a pontoon boat a couple of times each season and have for 4 years now! It’s always so easy, the boat is clean and in great condition, customer service is great - everyone that works there is so nice! We also love the food and drinks at Mudpuppy, it’s great to end the day there or just pull up at the dock and grab lunch!

5 Stars! I have rented the premium pontoon boat from Sequoyah Marina and Resort for the past 3 years. I recommend their service without reservations. It is simple and straightforward to rent via their website and their customer service is great. They are easy and responsive to communication by text! If you want to rent a pontoon boat for various occasions, call Sequoyah!

We stayed in Cabin #2 from Wednesday to Sunday with a group of Camaro people (4 cabins total). The location for the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway can't be beat. The cabins were very easy to find and were very comfortable. The bedroom in the basement is about 15 degrees colder than the main floor and the loft is much warmer, all due to heat rising. We did smell a gas smell and someone staying in our cabin works on heat and air and found that it was the hot water heater. When our garbage was full we went to put a new bag in the can and there were none, they need to put a couple of extras in each cabin, there were 5 of us for 4 nights and we generated quite a bit of rubbish. None in the other cabins either. One cabin had ants in the kitchen, it was reported but no one came to take care of it. Overall I would stay here again, however it would be nice if they gave you a list of what to do when you leave (dishes, trash, linens, etc..)

A great experience and just the right amount of time from 3 - 7 PM. We took snacks and stopped and swam in 3 different coves, Great service and a really nice boat. Overall I would highly recommend this experience for the reasonable cost and friendly and helpful staff.

The food at the marina was delicious. We had dinner there one night and had the breakfast buffet on a Sunday morning. Everyone was very friendly. The lake is beautiful as we rented a houseboat not affiliated with the marina. There is a small store inside that sells cold drinks and souvenirs. We were bummed we couldn’t rent a pontoon or jet ski but we still had a great time swimming at our houseboat.

We rented a boat from here in late June. It was very economical for two families and the kids had a blast. So many places to dock and swim as well as just explore the scenery. The staff was friendly and helpful as we are not experienced boaters. The boat was very nice and clean and easy to drive. Highly recommend a day on the lake!

Fabulous. Worth every penny for a beautiful day with family on the water. Staff was excellent, the boat was clean and well kept. Popular place so plan to book early and go for the full day rental if possible. Definitely get more bang for your buck. Would absolutely rent again.

The pontoon boat was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of life jackets. We had a lot of fun. Depth finder worked. Bluetooth worked. We saw two dams while traveling. Awesome mountain views while riding the lakes. It was beautiful. We will do it again for sure! But next time, we will use more sunscreen. Lol
