One of the most beautiful lodges that I have stayed at. The place is hydro-powered by a nearby natural pool that you can swim in. The grounds are very well maintained and the individual huts had nice big comfortable beds with nice furnishings. The service here is excellent. We ate dinner here 3 nights in a row and the staff...

Gaia was absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent three nights on our honeymoon at Gaia and they were definitely some of the best of our trek through Belize and Guatemala. We caught the resort in a slow season (May 2016), and had the whole place to ourselves for two days. Getting to Gaia is the hardest part, but once...

We spent the second half of our Belizian honeymoon at Gaia and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was refreshing to be somewhat "off the grid" in our rooms without any TV, phone or wifi - we fell asleep to the sound of the rushing waterfall and woke up to the sound of chirping birds. We took advantage of a couple...

Our stay was amazing. From the breath taking views of the water falls from the outside deck to the exceptional staff. We loved our stay. The staff was so accommodating and made sure our stay was the best. We had our first lunch delivered to the base of the waterfall while we swam. We had a box lunch prepared for...

My husband and I made the long journey to Gaia from the airport. It is well worth the 3 hour drive. We absolutely loved our stay here. Where you eat is overlooking a gorgeous river. The vegetables come from their organic garden which gives the food a lovely fresh flavor you just don't get at other restaurants. The lodges are...

We stayed for 3 nights, our welcome was warm and genuine, with a small tour and then we had lunch on the overhanging deck with the roar of the 5 sisters water fall and the buzz of a humming bird as background music. Our room "Cascade" had the amazing view of the waterfall and the river below, with only the...
