I have been trying for one month to fix this problem and to no avail... We booked a room for two nights, July 30 and 31, 2016, while we helped our son, a student at Texas A&M, move to an apartment. When I saw our online credit card statement the hotel had charged $27 more than the room rate posted...

This is a hotel that once may have been a boutique hotel. Today it is a tired place that not only needs a lot of maintenance to freshen it up, it needs a lot of cleaning to make it somewhat presentable. For example, the floor in the 120 Kitchen (restaurant) had table scraps and paper on it. The pavement in...

Hotel was nicely apportioned and clean. The claw foot tub was a big hit with the kids. The trundle bed in the front room was nice but did not lock nor did it meet together to form a seamless bed. Biggest complaint for me was that the air conditioning was offand it took all night for the room to cool...

The room was booked due to location. Just a few streets over from St Josephs Catholic Church on 26th St. and as a wedding photographer that was great! I had a wedding to shoot. Booked on the 5th floor king room, no view of Main St. I do not believe there is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel? All...

I can't give it a 5star rating bc it's not a 5star hotel, but the service was 5star. I really kind of loved it. I thought it was very quaint. My room was exceptionally clean. I ordered 2 salads and a desert (and wine) from room service - All impressive. I woke up in the middle of the night dying...

My husband and I stayed at the LaSalle in 2010 and had a lovely time! We went back again last weekend and it was not at all what I remembered. Our room this time (Deluxe King) was tiny! I thought rooms had been remodeled. Our toilet leaked, the shower was small (no tub). Furniture was old, and not the charming...

Stayed here during a trial I had for a week. I did notice the warnings about trains but thought I would sleep through it. At 3 am on my first night, I asked for ear plugs. I did not sleep great but I was also in the middle of a trial so that has something to do with it. I...

I am a travel agent with background in hotel management. We have been on the road in Texas for a week. I admit I was leery about staying in an "historical hotel". But, this is such a gem!!!! This was the best night's sleep we have had the entire week. The bed was so comfy. Staff was pleasant and helpful....

Last time we'd stayed here was 10 years ago, and I was very pleased to see that its quality of rooms and service are still high. Our room 506 was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was not a buffet--you order what you wanted from the B&B menu. Our food was good, and the service was friendly....

Do you like trains? Folks, this is a great old hotel. But between ten at night and seven in the morning four trains came by. I have no clue if this is normal or not. Goth girl at check in was proficient but not friendly.
