Came for buffet lunch. Food was only very average and not cheap. Several local beers which were well kept. They have a caravan site and rooms to let in an annexe.Special rates for local "festivals". Would strongly recommend local countryside.

Excellent rooms, great size and quality for the price. Good toiletries and very comfortable bed. Meals are typical yorkshire bar food, with plenty to choose from. Friendly staff and owner. A livey locals bar but friendly to others.

Myself and a group of friends stayed for 2 nights. Celebrating a friends birthday. Rooms very comfortable and clean and a good night's sleep was had by all. The bar it's self was very uncomfortable not very relaxing. Staff was lively and friendly and helpful. Over all a nice place.

We've just spent a two day break at the Black Swan and can highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The village of Fearby is so pretty and handily close to Masham. The place is so peaceful and tranquil, it's relaxing just to be there. Food is locally-sourced and beautifully cooked. I had a steak which was melt-in-the-mouth...

We stayed here in May and what a great place. The pub is a family owned one and has been in the family for years. It is very old and welcoming and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. We stayed in room 3 in the outbuildings and what a room. It was enormous, with 2...

Just had a great weekend at the Black Swan in Fearby. What a lovely location out in the sticks, but just a couple of miles from Masham. There is a nice bar where good quality food is served, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had two rooms, (double and triple) which were both spotlessly clean. The rooms...

We stayed here one night, the views were gorgeous. We had room eight. Very spacious, nice furnishings, the view from our room spectacular. We did eat in the pub, but my husbands steak wasn't very nice.

We stayed at the caravan site not the hotel but have used the restaurant twice. It has a good beer garden with great views over the surrounding countryside. The meals in the restaurant were both of a high standard and good value for money. The half crispy duck off the specials board was especially good so was my husbands Barnsley...
