We have camped here many times always stayed on concrete pad with paved roads. This trip had to camp on gravel & paid the same price as concrete. Told full timers got concrete sites!! Never again I can stay elsewhere for alot cheaper!! Use to have full timers stay on gravel. I'm not paying what they now charge had big increase 58.00 to 65.00 and charge the higher rate on Wednesday for trade days!
This is our second time staying at Mill Creek Ranch Resort. From the clean, well-groomed common areas, to spacious parks, and a plethora of amenities, this place will be what you compare all other RV park to henceforth. The ranch boasts beautiful scenery and green spaces, little ponds, and something for everyone in the family to do no matter the age. It's wonderfully pleasant and affordable. We'll only stay here when we're in Canton!
Love this resort. We stay here in our rv every time we come to Canton. Their pools are always at prime temperature, clean, and very relaxing. The laundry and restroom facilities are always clean, and their store has every convenience you may need. You also get a free bundle of firewood per stay. We enjoy using the paddle boats ($5) and fishing at the ponds. We haven’t stayed at the cabins, but family members have and they loved it. I highly recommend this rv resort.
The park is in a setting that is pleasant, open, forested, with small lakes, water features, and some trails. Utilities work well. Our pull through site had "rough road" on the entry and exit sides of the site but we fit our big rig easily on the concrete pad in between with easy access to the sewer, water, and electric. Flat pad. We paid $44 per night. There is free unsecured internet if you want to use it. There is no cable. Our antenna scanner picked up 1 air station -- so no TV unless you have satellite. There are a lot of long-term sites. We were able to get two nights with about a week's notice. There is a digital security gate that needs to be opened each time you enter. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of picnic tables and fire rings at most sites. Park is clean. Quiet. Trash picked up each day after 10, if you want. The Park is very close to I-20 on the south side. Far enough away so that highway noise is not an issue. In normal times there is a lot of entertainment available. Now, correctly, things are pretty shut down. We camped at Mill Creek Ranch RV & Cottage Resort in a Motorhome.…
I had a wonderful stay at Mills Creek. I was camping with my new puppies to get them used to staying in a camper. As I was leaving, my trailer came unhooked from my truck. The pin had been removed from my hitch somehow. I had 4 men there within minutes to help get my trailer jacked up and hooked back up to my truck. One of the men gave me directions to a trailer repair shop that fixed my damaged electric jack and I was on my way in about an hour from the start to finish. Not sure how to thank them enough.
