Our rest stop after a day of hiking at nearby Palo Duro canyon. We felt relaxed immediately and knew we'd made a great choice. Friendly hosts with some great restaurant recommendations for the evening. Fresh coffee in the morning along with an adequate breakfast. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hudspeth House. The house was decorated for Christmas at the time we stayed, and it was just beautiful. The owners made us feel very welcome. Our room was cozy with plenty of room and a nice private bathroom. We visited with other guests each morning over coffee and the delicious breakfast Jill and... More

Lovely house converted to a bed and breakfast. It is tastefully decorated, beds are comfortable and fresh towels are provided every day. The house is very clean. The owners are delightful and breakfasts are always delicious. Breakfast is served at 8:30am. At 4:00 homemade cookies and tea are served in the back parlor. Georgia O'Keeffe lived in Canyon for a... Will stay here again passing through to Colorado. Very lovely home and host/hostess. Surprisingly good food in Canyon. Thank you Jill and Van! Good value and accessibility to all things Canyon. Enjoyed sitting in the front porch with a glass of wine and friends.

We stayed at this B&B for one night during a cross country trip. The house is very nice and the hosts are terrific. Our room was beautiful and the bath was huge. As the house is located on main street, street noise is a bit of an issue. I mark B&Bs down if breakfast is held at a specific time... More

The location was excellent - within blocks of the University and the main street and square. The owners were very kind and accommodating. If we were ever in Canyon again, we would definitely stay there.

So happy we found this Bed & Breakfast. Such a delightful home. Van and Jill told us all the history of their home. Everything was done to a tee. I could truly move right in and be very happy. Thank you for sharing your home with us. God Bless, The Kozlowski's

We stayed in the downstairs suite & was surprised how quiet it was. We never heard anyone above us or coming or going in the evening.
