My husband booked a romantic night at The One. We stayed in the Deluxe Loft suite.. Was clean and all air conditioners were working.. Took us a minute to figure out that we had to place our room key card in the holder located on the inside wall next to the front door in order to get the lights &... More

The website malfunctions. Tried twice to reserve a future date--in both cases the site reserved "today", and when we didn't show up today, they charged my card. There was no way to change the date and the card is already charged by the time you figure out what's happened. Tried calling them to fix it but they never answer the... More

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There was a live cockroach running across my bed when I arrived. I wanted to eat dinner at the hotel but you cannot access the restaurants without paying a $25 per day spa fee - there were three of us so it would have cost $75 just for access to order dinner.... This hotel is attached to the spa castle. You get a discounted rate for 24 hours with in/out privileges which is nice. First impression included a key holder that had been used by a previous guest. The trainer said, "That's ok, just scratch out the old number." Gross. The elevator didn't work for most of my stay. At first, the... More

I got the room as a surprise for a romantic evening with my lover for his birthday. Im not going to do much complaining, because we did enjoy yourself...the space is roomy and clean...(the view sucks though)...I was not pleased with menu..for me this was big because I didn't want to go to dinner at a restaurant so we could... The hotel is connected to Castle Spa - a Korean spa, which is GREAT! Now for the hotel: first off, I will say that the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Other than that - it's not worth it. The bathroom is the real problem. The sink is so low you would... More

I joined a friend from out of town here for the evening. He'd booked on a whim, as his preferred hotels were full and he'd found a cheap rate for this place. (He was amused by the hotel's claim to offer "city views" - your view is of a dumpster and the back of a hardware store.) The first thing... More

I booked a loft suite for my husband as a surprise for his birthday. We both really enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful and the large tub was fantastic! I really liked the loft bedroom. The staff was very courteous! I have just a few cons however. 1. I didn't know that there would be a $100 credit card... More
