Hotel needs serious maintenance. Worn carpets. Wall coverings coming down. Flaky paint in stairwell to rear parking. No blackout curtains on window made sleeping difficult due to the bright lights outside all night. Staff was friendly and helpful but the facility was sub-par. Plus, they changed the room rate every night! No, I would definitely not stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The receptionist Viviana was so helpful and friendly. She really went out of her way to help me with a personal problem. I will always recommend the place to anyone anyone.

We stay here for 3 days. The hotel has some good staff. Great gentleman that helped us upon checking in. The next day he was able to give us some great place to eat. But on the afternoon the lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude and talks very ghetto. Nose rings and loud talking so unprofessional. I asked her to help with getting me another room key. She ask me what happened to my key and I needed to be more responsible. I did not ask for her opinion. The breakfast person had a very bad attitude and was disrespectful to other employees. Not a classy place and surely not a Hilton brand.

This hotel is in need of a serious deep cleaning and renovation. Hilton, you can do better than this!! The carpets, lobby, hallway - everything about this property shows that it is old and needs a serious refreshing. With a property in such a busy college town, the updates that you could make would recovered in a few months.

This Hampton says "renovations are on the way", and I'll take their word for it. Honestly our room was fine, except that each of the two double beds was about the smallest double I have seen. It made things interesting, but everything was clean and as it should be. Breakfast was especially good the first day; the potatoes were well cooked and well seasoned, and the scrambled eggs were absolutely perfect - not often seen in a hotel breakfast! The second day's potatoes, not sure how they managed it, but the texture was more like that of a cooked onion than a browned potato. Not a big deal. The main reason I'm not at 5 stars was the mildly-hydrophobic towels. If you've ever bought super-cheap towels, and then found that they'd rather smear water around than absorb it, you've experienced hydrophobic towels. The towels at the Hampton weren't the worst, but they weren't very motivated water-absorbers either. In other words, you didn't really feel dry even after "drying off". Every member of my group noticed it.

After staying here numerous times I have decided to find another hotel to stay at due to all the little issues that have occurred over time. The bed was as comfortable as sleeping on a concrete slab. I was ignored by the lady at the front desk when I needed to ask a question because she was too busy on her phone making a personal appointment. She did look at me but then walked away while still on the phone. Finally when I was driving out of the parking lot, the same lady was driving fast in the parking lot, barely missing me and parked in a quest handicap parking spot, I didn't see any handicap plate or handicap flag on her car. It's a pet peeve of mine regarding people using the handicap parking sports that aren't handicapped. This hotel has a great location and breakfast but some of the employees have ruined it.

We arrived late after a long, stressful trip and expected to be able to relax upon arrival. However, the room was above 80-degrees, extremely humid, and smelled musty. Also, the bathroom had mold and mildew throughout it, the wallpaper was peeling and moldy, the bathtub was cracked and filthy, the shower rod was broken and curtain ripped so water went all over the floor. I took pictures and informed the front desk, but nobody followed up. In addition, I rushed down to the breakfast at 9:55 to quickly grab something to eat but they had already closed. Very disappointed - I would have been happier overnighting in my rental car.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the last year, and almost a whole week worth of nights this month with college starting. This was my first time to actually want and go down and get breakfast. I was up early for an event at the University that was outside in the sun, not to mention it’s move-in weekend for most students. I simply wanted some water to be able to finish my breakfast and swallow my food. Instead of the front desk or breakfast being hospitable in any way I was instead sent back and forth between front desk and breakfast for who might have water that wasn’t $2.00 a bottle. There was None. No coffee was brewed even. Absolutely nothing to drink and absolutely horrible customer service. When I tried to reason with the front desk on the heat outside, the 6 week long heat stroke advisory in effect, she snapped back “I understand what you want, there is no complimentary water.” Breakfast staff couldn’t even bother to get a pitcher of water or a cup of water from their faucet. Zero care or concern for their guests. The hotel is dingy, it needs a massive renovation/refresh on their furniture, especially in the bathrooms, the tiles or paint in the bathroom are often chipped at the floorboards, the pillowcases often are mismatched, the HCAV in the bedrooms are loud and don’t do a good job of getting rid of the humidity in the rooms and the blinds/curtains aren’t true blackout at the bottom and sides, but the beds are clean and comfortable, the carpets aren’t dirty, but the price helps look past some cosmetic issues, but the complete disregard for their guests on something as simple and necessary to life as water is inexcusable.

Pretty basic Hampton near university campus. Window only has venetian blinds, no blackout curtain...room amenities okay. Small eating area...not up to par with newer Hamptons. Breakfast okay, but only okay at all Hamptons.

The stay was overall not up to standards. The room was dirty. The carpet had dirt in it. There was a hole in the ceiling that was not completely fixed. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs had water on the bottom. The juice was warm and nasty. The hotel had a smell no matter where I went. Overall the motel needs a huge remodel and new management. I won’t be going back.
