I have stayed at the Walton Walker location over a year because of part-time wages. Management cannot keep the pool open for more than three days at a time because vandals break the parts or idiots parents put their toddlers in the pool in diapers and then they crap in the water. In the past three months, I've had two...

We moved here due to an emergency (never ever agree to live with family). I liked it. We lived here for a few weeks in August 2011. The channels were decent, the pool was awesome, the rooms were clean. The carpet could do with an upgrade but in comparison to other hotel carpets it is a nice change. I felt...

Budget suites fossil creek has been cleaning up their act. The staff is friendly, (the ones in the office). My office calls and questions are answered promptly. The area is quiet (except for the people up stairs) and clean, most dog owners pick-up their poop (stick to the walk-ways). Laundry room is kept clean. The pool has been closed twice...

It was a hard enough week for us dealing with the loss of my Grandpa, I shouldnt have to deal with a manager who ignores our calls,...

I have lived at Budget Suites for almost a year. There are a couple of people that look shady, but we are in Dallas after all. I would thin it safe to assume that in any large city shady looking people are all over. The only thing I would like to change is the carpet, it needs help. Security is...

Zane Silverthorn is probably one of the worst managers you'll ever meet. I stayed here due to unforeseen circumstances and financial issues, and if you're so much as half an hour late on the rent, he shows up to boot you, no warning, not even if you're dressed in proper attire or even have your purse on you (and how...

At night you have thugs in the courtyard LOUD, yelling & arguing very threatening and intimidating. The security guard will walk thru and acts like he is afraid of them! I am afraid to go get something out of my car at night. You sign a form agreeing to a 9pm curfew but these gangster types, thugs and prostitutes hang...
