The hotel chain (Wyndham) is taking advantage of the covid19 challenge by offering less value for the same price. The breakfast is a doggie bag filled with 2 gmo muffins and a gmo drink. No hot items. The hotel has no staff (just 1 at night) for the whole hotel. The rooms are dirty and the keys do not open the rooms, or outside door 100% of the time. This hotel use to be better, but now it is poor and I will not return until they improve the service to match the price they are charging unsuspecting customers. See the attached photo.

Wyndham has completely ruined this hotel. It used to be really nice with lots of amenities, but they've gotten rid of the jacuzzi, pool was padlocked at 8pm, but worst of all the really good continental breakfast they used to have is no more! Grab bag of crackers and some kind of bar was the only thing offered. This used to be our "go-to" hotel in Dallas but no longer.

Good location, quiet and close to many shops and restaurants, but its dirty!! stained rugs, dirty doors, thin and dingy sheets. I was there for 3 days and none of them the elevator worked, lacks a lot of maintenance. There are better options for the rate.

My husband and I received a quick & friendly check in. The room was up to par, very clean. The location was perfect, we were minutes away from many great restaurants. This is the second time we stay at this location and we plan on continuing to stay here for our trips to Dallas.

The Galleria Addison is and was a DIAMOND property, I saw the diamonded walkway! Mark and the entire staff made my 4 day visit unbelievable from room to rear view. I had the entire courtyard practically 4 vacation , extra special RewardCenter , I guess? Keep partying, Santa’s ready too.
