The Marriott City Center is my favorite hotel in Dallas. Diana at the front desk always greets me by name and makes sure I get everything I need. The concierge lounge is the largest in the country for Marriott I believe and the food is delicious. Kelley in the lounge always takes good care of me and makes conversation to...

The hotel is well kept with a very nice atmosphere. Large comfortable rooms. Very good service from all employees. It was nice to have the valet service which did a great job. But it is expensive and about the only option since they do not provide other parking.

The rooms are standard Marriott fare - which is to say, clean and comfortable with a nice desk. They also include a coffee maker and small fridge (which is not stocked - making it a great place to stow leftovers or whatever overnight to stay fresh). This Marriott has a large lounge for members with a hot breakfast and dinner....

I stayed here last weekend for the Chris Brown concert and loved every minute of my stay! The location is perfect. Very close to everything and easy to catch a lyft, uber, or the train. I am not from this area so I was completely clueless on where everything was located, but the front desk associate Diane was super helpful!...

I stayed at the hotel for two nights last week. Great location inside the City Center; good fitness center; close to offices downtown; great club lounge, one of the best that I've ever seen; and great customer service. The staff is great, from the front desk to house keeping.

This hotel was ideally situated for us to walk to all the places we wanted to see, it was also easy access to the route home and to Waco. Amazing up to date way to call for the car we had left with the valet- we clicked on the text we received and the car was ready in 5 minutes!...

This is my favorite hotel of all! I travel a bit and was at the Ritz Downtown Chicago (newly renovated) the week prior to my Marriotte Dallas stay and can honestly say the Dallas Marriot City Center is my favorite! The employees are always welcoming and helpful, the parking valets are fast and professional. They have an app for calling...

I stayed the Marriott while in town for business. In summary, it's an ok business hotel but nothing special. Further details... Pros: Good location Great customer service Large rooms Cons: Only superficially clean (hair everywhere, dirty shower curtain, dust, mold in the shower, etc.). I would stay again; however, it wouldn't be my first choice. I'd explore other options in...

One of best hotels I have stayed in. Rooms were nice, large TV, plenty of channels, AC worked great, beds super comfortable and fitness center was one of the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel. The only negative is paying $29/day to park your car. The valet staff did a great job getting the car out quickly even...
