I loved how friendly they were and how large the room was. Affordable as well and in a great location downtown. There was a nice little fitness center and an indoor pool. My trip started out disastrous and the kind staff at Hampton turned it around!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone of my family members or friends. Everyone was nice. Rooms were very clean. It felt like my home away from home. This is probably my 4th stay here. It’s always a blessing

Be ready for unexpected charges at check in. Lax housekeeping and front desk personnel . Hotel does not seem to care if you stay or not . They will also talk shot about you when they do not realize you are still In the lobby !

Loved our corner suite! Very clean and extremely spacious! Great view!! Indoor pool was awesome! Close to some fun vibes at AT&T Discovery District. The plaza had a great outdoor area and patio style dining. Short ride to lots of fun activities and restaurants as well as American Airlines Center and Trinity Groves!

At first glance everything looks nice and then you open the curtains to large single pane windows so filled with condensation that you can’t see out. And don’t bother trying to clean them off with towels because that just makes it even worse. Speaking of single pane windows, they are so thin that even in our 15th floor room I could hear ever single little sound on the street. The walls are also so incredibly thin that I was woken up multiple times a night by our lovely partying neighbors. And then if things couldn’t get any more annoying, the light over our sink went out. We called the front desk and she sent the maintenance guy up. He removed the fixture and said the bulb is burned out and also said “if I don’t come back in 30 minutes then I don’t have a bulb to replace it.” Wtf?! He never came back. He also left dirty fingerprints all over the fixture and switch. Clearly he didn’t sanitize his hands before coming into our room during a pandemic so that’s super gross. I called the front desk girl again to tell her what happened and her response was “that’s not ok, I’m sending him back up” but nobody ever came. So we spent the remaining two days without a light! The pandemic breakfast is also a joke. A bag with a water bottle, orange and muffin is laughable. Try a little harder. PS the parking rate is ridiculously expensive and driving a truck in their structure is beyond annoying.
