From the time we pulled up to check in the service was excellent here. Valet parking is $29.00 night or about a block away there is self parking for $19.00 a night. Since I always tip, the self parking saves me money. The bell service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and we got a great rate on Priceline Express....

The room and staff are fantastic!!!!!!! The only thing that I wish ya'll would have is a microwave in the room for warming up food for small children. It's hard to have to go down stairs to warm up food😢

I have been for a week and quality is very high, comfortable rooms and outstanding service. I experienced an alarm for flooding and they managed situation and consequences in a professional way. The position is good for conferences and close to Union Station and downtown. I would recommend it for a business trip.

I stayed in my room the rest of my stay after being rudely embarrassed by the restaurant clerk. I don't think I was treated like a customer and will probably not be spending my money to be treated in the same manner.

Good place close to the "historical" center of Dallas. The center is in the walking distance. Nice staff, good rooms, food. Fantastic breakfast. 0-24 fitness room also well equipped. Suggest to choose.

We had a great experience while at the hotel. Dogs were treated like royalty by staff and other guests. Rooms are very clean and furniture is comfortable. Unlike many hotels in Dallas, Hyatt Reunion Tower is clean, comfortable, and worth every penny! I usually stay at boutique hotels, but stayed here because of our group. I'm glad we did. Our...

Had stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights. Sprawling hotel, great location, and very friendly staff (except at the front desk). The hotel has quite a few convention halls, conference halls and is well laid out. The rooms are spacious and synonymous withe the excellence that is carried by the Hyatt brand. Very comfortable beds, good views, nice airconditioning and...

The hotel was lovely, well maintained and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make our very large group very very welcome, especially front of house. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

Title says it all - only downside was the property is close to a fairly active railway line, which can be a bit noisy. But, a beautiful property, and service was excellent. Very impressed with how attentive the staff were.
