At this very expensive Hotel in the special Tower's section for a busy convention - so you'd think they'd be on their game...not so! One person only at front desk in evening and lines to ask questions as NO concierge the entire day as they do not staff this on Sunday's - REALLY? No were to really sit and talk...

We were 3 days at the Hilton Anatole and, if we had not left the hotel, it would have been hard to know that we were in Texas. I mean that in a good way. The hotel is full of Asian artifacts, and the restaurants are full of sushi and steaks, not barbecue and ribs. The staff, however, was definitely...

We really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas The rooms were very clean and welcoming and the staff was very helpful and made us feel like gold throughout our stay. The restaurant and amenities within the hotel make for a very convenient stay. Overall we had a wonderful time. The only thing that annoyed us were the elevator...

So I'm not even sure where to start with this "hotel." My experience was bad from the start. First of all I am a Hilton Gold member and there was no mention of that at check in nor was I offered any type of upgrade. I understand there may have not been any availability but a mention of a gold...

The hotel is vast and the staff helpful, but it is looking tired. It needs an update to bring it up to modern standards. There is a lack of restaurants for a hotel of this size, and on two occasions (out of four) courses that were ordered failed to arrive. The indoor pool is nice but the lockers in the...

We went as a family to DFW and stayed at the Anatole because of its proximity to American Airlines Center and Medieval Times. We paid more than we would have normally per night because we wanted it to be nice and because we thought the heated pool would be great for our kids. When we got there the lobby was...

Quality hotel with lots of amenities. Very big and lots of people. Many options for eating and a super nice health club. Very close to downtown Dallas. If you are looking for a place with a good price and value I would recommend this place. Stay away if you don't like big hotels with lots and lots of people.

The Hilton Anatole is a large hotel. The rooms are clean but everything is quite old... the toilets are producing sounds, the power outlets are often broken - you see it is an old lady with its scratches... the service is very good -
