Hotel is run down and in need of very large repairs. Paint peeling all over the room, water-stained paint bubbles present. The stairs leading up to the second floor had a broken concrete step -- an accident waiting to happen. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bottom sheet wasn't a real sheet and didn't fit the entire mattress.

This is a great hotel located near restaurants and shopping. The rooms at the back of the hotel face the river. There was a beautiful walking trail right outside my door. I took a lesurely walk for about an hour and witnessed a magnificent sunset. The room had a nice setting area and a small kitchen. The bed was large...

We had a two bedroom suite for about $150/night. It was great for three unrelated adults. There were two separate bathrooms, three TV's and a full kitchen. The Tom-Thumb grocery was right next door to the hotel. We stayed 5 days for a long work project. The access was easy, the parking easy, the free breakfast easy-everything was great. I...

Old, uncomfortable, run down, combo smell of urine and ashtrays, college party down stairs, had to unscrew light bulb to turn off lamp ...... amazing this place is still open. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a place that I feel could compromise health. All this from a guy that never complains. Literally my first ever post....

This was the worst hotel. I was appalled by this establishment. We arrived and were directed to our room. On the surface, at first glance it's acceptable....barely, but acceptable. We came to the lobby to check out our "social time" which was supposed to be dinner. There were people eating, but there was nothing in the pan of gravy to...

The staff is extremely accommodating! We had a slight issue with the air but they fixed it promptly. Also, a couple of our rooms weren't ready when we first checked in but the offered accommodations to our satisfaction.

We were greeted at the desk with a welcome bag of goodies as a rewards member. Nice start! I thnk this Hawthorn Suite in Ft. Worth used to be an old Residence Inn, or at least that is how it is set up. It had virtually a full kitchen, a living area and a queen bed. I believe it was...
